Private Oasis In The Forest

Quite undisturbed forest for 1/2 a century, used for duck hunting in the previous owners family for decades. I’ve started building a small cabin that’s unfinished hopefully completing in the coming years. Fishing pond and small seasonal creek flows after lots of rain. Excited to share it with others! Our 400 acre family cow and pine tree farm most of which was purchased 60 years ago by my father and mother. My two siblings and me were raised here and later bought joining land that now makes up the 400 acres. We all still live on the farm with our families 1.4 mile down a dirt and gravel road. We all enjoy the peace and quiet that you will find here. Sounds of our cows, wildlife and the occasional rumble of a distant train is all you will hear on our farm. Our Hidden Creek is a short fun hike to cool your tired feet. Wide hiking paths all the way around our property if you would like a long hike.

Enjoy your privacy on our 400 acres of farm and forest trails. 10 minutes from groceries and gas, 15 minutes from a small town. We are surrounded by farmland and forest. There are a few different attractions 5 - 10 minutes away (lake Robinson) it has a boat landing and plenty of fish,  (Carolina Sandhills national wildlife refuge)it has plenty of hiking trails and roads perfect for bicycling, small mountain called (Sugarloaf Mountain)perfect for hiking. Local peach/strawberry farm (McLeod farm) with produce/gift shop/free&nbsp;museum/restaurant called (Big's),&nbsp;they have pick your own strawberries in the spring and early summer. In nearby Hartsville and Cheraw there are several golf&nbsp;courses and places for&nbsp;Kayak rentals.&nbsp;Neptune Island&nbsp;waterpark in Hartsville.&nbsp;&nbsp; We have a hidden Creek that is fun to hike to by way of a trail. Small pond for fishing, plenty of room for hiking and bike riding ( grassy, sandy, rolling hills). Beautiful hills to camp on and watch an unobstructed view of the Carolina sunset and sunrise that peak through wooded acreage. Choose a tent camp location or pull/drive your RV/camper right near our cow pasture and watch the cows graze. Fresh drinking water at campsites.&nbsp;Bathroom and heated shower.  Pick wild blackberries in early summer and wild grapes in late summer early fall, and we may share some of our home made jellies with you. We welcome family groups year round. At night enjoy the sounds of wildlife while watching the highly visible twinkling stars and tracing the many constellations and if lucky see a shooting star or two.

Wolff Woods

Wolff Woods is 18 acres of pine forest, grassy fields, and other trees and shrubs. There are multiple areas of the property to set up camp whether you want to be covered by trees or want to play in the grass and gaze at the stars, Wolff Woods is the place to be. The property is surrounded by fields and is very private. There are also multiple entrances to the property, perfect for RVs or smaller vehicles. We also have a backyard swimming pool that campers are welcome to use upon request. We are pet friendly and just kindly ask that you give us a heads up before arrival so we can put our own dog away. We hope to see you soon. :)

Beautiful Lake Camping

Lake Wateree, a 13,250-acre lake with unspoiled natural views, was created by the damming of the Wateree River in 1920. It is located about 30 miles northeast of Columbia,
just east of I-77. 
The lake is owned and managed by Duke Power and is surrounded by three counties: Fairfield, Kershaw, and Lancaster.

One of South Carolina's oldest man-made lakes, Lake Wateree is known for crappie, bass, catfish, and bream fishing. The 242 miles of shoreline include a bird refuge, the Lake Wateree State Recreation Area and State Park, and Carolina Adventure World for Recreational ATV and dirt bike riding.

All these amenities are only a few miles from this site.
There are many eclectic little towns to visit and shop when you are not spending time swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle boating, fishing,or just sitting around the fire or hanging out on your own private dock and island.

Lakefront RV site with private dock and lots of amenities. Acres of solitude and nature. The ideal getaway unlike any other. This is your own oasis on a large cove with a private island and an expanse of nature that opens up to the lake.  Bring your boat, there is a nearby boat ramp.
Pets must be contained or leashed at all times.  Pets are welcome but one must adhere to the leash rule for safety.  Though this site has an open ambiance, there are other homes in the area with their own pets and there are large birds of prey.

Twilight

We’re located on the quiet back side of the Lancaster Reservoir, a beautiful public lake with designated fishing days on Thursdays and Saturdays. 

The waters are home to bass, bream, crappie, and catfish. There’s a public boat ramp on the opposite shore, and the lake allows electric motors only — perfect for peaceful days on the water. Kayakers are always welcome!

We’re just minutes from town, with easy access to restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores. Clear Water Cove at Lake Wateree is about 30 miles away, and the Nitrolee access point is only 13 miles from the property. Don’t forget to bring your kayak!

We are a Working Vineyard tucked away in the country right outside of Florence with Ample Space for your RV. You can reach us easily either by I-20, I-95, or Hwy 76. We Love to see New Faces and Swap Traveling Stories! We Grow, Harvest, Crush, and Press Our Grapes Right here at The Vineyard. There is Plenty of RV Space on the Property with Easily Accessible Power Hook-Ups and Water.

We offer Wine Tastings and if available at the time, a Tour the Winery at your Leisure. We are a Pet-Friendly, so you can bring your Fur Babies with You.

Campsite is designed for RV's with power hook-ups, located among an 18-acre grape vineyard. Enjoy our country setting, southern hospitality, spectacular wine selections (Award Winning Fruit Wines), and a tour of our working winery. We also have a screened-in fence area that is perfect for tent camping, especially when you usually have it all to yourself.

If there is a group of children, we try to have an onsite bounce house. Please let us know in advance if there is going to be a group of children traveling with you.

Sprinkled with historic trees and featuring a custom-made firepit, large outdoor patio, and grill this beautiful, rural property is minutes from prime hunting grounds, fishing holes, kayaking spots, and 4-wheeling areas.

I have 10 total acres, a little over half is wooded land. There is a second driveway that leads to the vacant area close to the trees. We can also offer automotive detailing services for any vehciles, RVs, or campers while you are on-site for an additional charge. Only water hookup is available at this time via water hose.

Escape to our peaceful forest retreat nestled among towering pine trees with direct lakefront access. Enjoy a private boat dock and ramp, a kayak ready for exploring (we have another, just ask), and short gravel walking trails winding through buzzing wildlife and fresh woodland air. The property offers a generous tent setup area, 2 fire pits, hammock hooks, and a picnic table for cozy outdoor gatherings. Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, it’s a true off-grid experience—please note there is no bathroom on-site and fishing is not permitted. Swimming is optional, but please be aware we have a few local crocodiles living in this lake! Perfect for campers seeking solitude, nature, and simple lakeside living.

All 3 campsites have firepits.  The first site (Hill View-edge of woods) has an emergency shelter in case of rain. The second sight (Gully View) is in the woods. The 3rd site (Branch View) is in the deep woods by a creek.  All 3 have water barrels and benches. It is 10 minutes to South Carolina's oldest inland city, historic Camden and 6 minutes from Lake Wateree (about 240 miles of shoreline). Activities include hiking, bird watching (binoculars and book available), artifact hunting, and targets for knives, axes, archery and short-range weapons. Botanical and historical tours are available.
