We call our 10 acre, secluded property Cold Springs. We have spent 15 years here curating lovely areas to relax, party at and invite others to call it a home away from home. The camping areas are in the back of the property and are surrounded by woods and secluded from view of the house. There are paths leading to the pond which is a great reading area and fishing spot plus a canoe and paddleboat to enjoy. Last summer (2022) we added a tipi to the camping area. We are located right outside of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Our area is home to many amazing restaurants, several breweries and cute downtown shops.

There are 3 campsites located in the gap of the little Mahanoy Mountain and line Mountain range along the little Mahanoy creek. All four campsites have creek access and come with picnic table garbage can and fire ring and Firewood is usually available. There are two Porta potty‘s one located at each end of the sites. There are trails for hiking which extends along an abandoned railroad bed and also up into State game lands and into the deep woods. The hiking in the woods is on an incline. But the hiking on the railroad bed is pretty unintense. There is parking at each site. The sites are spread out along the creek bed ranging from more of a rustic primitive tent camping on site 4 to an open site on site 1.

I had an amazing time camping on Scott's property! Very peaceful! Multiple campsites , some in the open and some secluded. I felt extremely safe & alone despite a few houses being visible in the far background. This is a great place to solo camp or even bring kids. Please be wear there are hunters out and its alot of them. So you may hear gunshots and dogs but thats what the outdoors is all about! 10 out of 10 !

Beautiful property! Everything was pristine. The site was paved and level. Hookups are located right next to it. The furniture provided around the fire ring and the picnic table by the site are awesome. The fire ring is the perfect distance away from the site, so no smoke can go through windows.

I had such a relaxing stay here. The campsite is tucked away in the woods by a beautiful creek, close enough to the road for convenience, but secluded enough to really feel like a nature escape. Falling asleep to the sound of the water was so peaceful. The unlimited daily firewood bundle was a huge plus and made evenings by the fire extra cozy. There are also some nice little walking trails along the creek that add to the charm of the site.The host was incredibly welcoming. Nearby, I was able to pick up handmade soap and local honey from a local farm. Overall, this spot is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature. Highly recommend!

Went with a group of friends, Scott was super accommodating and it’s a beautiful plot of land. There’s a farm nearby and you’re surrounded by nature, 4 sites each with their own unique feel. Would definitely go here again, it was great experience!

RV Hook Up was great in a whole bunch of ways. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The site was not far from the main highway, but very rural. The directions to the site were very helpful. And what a site - clean, level pad behind a beautiful barn, with a wide, open field stretching out to the south. Some shade from the barn late in the day and a clear sky overhead at night. It doesn't get any better than this. Oh, wait, yes it does - full hook up! It was an unexpectedly cool night in August, but it was nice to know that we had electric for our AC if we needed it. Highly recommended!

Wonderful overnight stay at Ben’s campsite. He was super communicative throughout our stay. The site is spacious and easy to back into with a flat surface. Full hookups include 30amp power, water, and sewer. The landscape is lovely surrounded by fields and the barn is beautiful. We saw some rabbits in the field! Would definitely stay again.

I stumbled on this Gem for an overnight stay for my trip. Conveniently off RT 80. The grounds were extremely well manicured and inviting. Having full hookups was a bonus. We enjoyed the great fire pit area in the evening and it was so quiet you could hear the horse drawn buggy going down the street. The Deer were feeding in the field and it turned out to be an amazing night and stay. Ben the host was great. I will definitely put this site on my list for a longer stay.
