Come and enjoy an 8 acre tree farm located near Lebanon, Oregon. We purchased this property in 2019. This is a tree farm with 1000+ planted Christmas trees. We put in campsites, a cabin, a barn loft, and a fire pit. We offer these to guests when not being used by our family and friends. Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the chicken coop. We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection. South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting. Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir is 45 minutes away for boating, swimming, and fishing. There is a loop exercise trail that circles the property and offers 30-degree climbs. You can also play games inside or basketball outside. We thought it would be great to have family gatherings and get togethers here and think of this as our slice of heaven, and hope others enjoy it as well.

A 40-acre isolated forest paradise, our property has several places to dry camp with your tent or with your trailer/RV. We are close to Falls City, the vast wilderness of the Oregon Coast Range, Valley of the Giants, and are about a 15 minute drive from the cities of Dallas and Monmouth. We have two sites currently ready for camping with AMAZING views of the Oregon Coast Range with phone service, pets allowed if kept on leash (there are animals on neighboring properties), and a designated fire ring for fires if a fire ban is not in place. There is a water hose available for filling up jugs on site. We are currently in the process of putting in an outhouse and showers, but currently we ask that you leave the site as you found it. We enjoyed our stay on Jamie's land. The property is beautiful. Totally surrounded by mature forest and a large lawn with grazing deer. The RV pads were very well constructed and required no leveling. Jamie came to meet us right away to explain the hookups, give directions to forest and creek, wifi password, and even brought treats for our pup. We weren't able to take advantage of the sitting area because of the rain, but it was a nice space. We would recommend this property to other travelers in the area.

What an amazing place to stay! James and Linda go above and beyond to make you feel safe and attend to your needs, while giving you your privacy and space. Their land is absolutely stunning, the creek has it's own waterfall (and feels more like a river), and the camp spots are easy to back a trailer into and are nice and level. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

This spot is perfect! Exactly as advertised. A ton of space, very clean & well kept property & camping space. We are avid backpackers so this felt like glamping with the shelter, platform, & lighting. A ton of wildlife (large flocks of wild turkeys + herds of deer, hawks, songbirds) & beautiful scenery. We took all 4 of our dogs for a quick overnight for my wife’s birthday & it was perfect for a chill, fun evening. Great short walking paths. Richard is very nice & welcoming! Would stay again :~)

Kim is great! Welcomed us and helped get us settled in a perfect spot. Water is easily accessed to fill up a camper, and there are bathrooms on site. Wifi is strong and consistent. The Hipcamp site is beautiful, quiet, and away from it all but not too far from McMinnville where you can see a movie, or grab a meal or walk about a cute downtown. And the stargazing is amazing!

A truly spectacular location: quiet, private, stunning scenery, wildlife, easy access to hiking and biking and so much more! This is the ideal hipcamp. Immaculately clean, exceptionally well equipped, and everything is done with quality in mind. I can't say enough good about every aspect of this treasure. It is truly a very special spot. Add to that a great host and the natural beauty of the McKenzie Bridge region, the McKenzie River, and the Willamette National Forest and you have a world class Hipcamp. Best I have stayed at, I highly recommend!

We had a great time at the RV site for 5 nights. We camped in tents outside the RV and it was wonderful having a ton of shade nestled up next to the forest with the summer heat! There is so much to do on the property and we didn’t need to leave to keep our nearly 4-year-old busy and entertained. We went to the creek every day (on tubes and wandering in the creek), biked around, stumbled upon a stream in the nearby forest, played in the field and around the fruit trees, hiked to top of the property and so much more! James and Linda are very accommodating and kind hosts. We missed them after we left and hope to return soon! This place is special and they are continually working to improve it. Definitely go here, it’s a GEM!

This was a gem of a campground for our family. My 5 & 7 year olds said it was the best place they’ve ever camped. They were able to wander around, explore the barn, swing on the swing set, check out the chickens, and their favorite - hang with the cat! Stephany and Mike have this place dialed, they had everything we could have ever needed. Including an ice maker! Highly recommend this spot.
