The access is super close to the 101, although you will hear traffic on a busy night. The 4-legged camp-host was friendly and checked on us a couple times quietly (Neeka!). The neighbor's dog was the loud one. Very private. Flat parking spot, and flat spot for tent. Tent spot was too close to firepit, but we weren't going to use it. So nice to have a picnic table! There was a clean porta-potty.

Highly recommend this clean, well maintained camping spot. With only 3 sites it is peaceful and quiet. Owner is friendly and brought us flowers and fruit. Perfect spot to explore Elkton and the coast. Large sites and lots of shade. Beautiful creek a few steps away with wildlife.

Beautiful property right on Paradise Creek! Easy to navigate with my 17’ travel trailer. Would highly recommend. We saw a black bear walk up the creek-wonderful wildlife, birds and minnows fluttering in the creek. Just follow the directions and it is easy to find!

We loved our stay here! The site is a private patch of forest that somehow feels tucked away, while still being incredibly close to town for groceries and any last-minute needs. It was surprisingly quiet for the location, and the little microclimate on the property meant we got to enjoy calm evenings/afternoons even when the wind picked up in Florence. Janine was warm, communicative, and welcoming from the start—she even had a campfire for the kids on our last night. My kids had a great time with hers, especially enjoying the rope swing, corn hole, and the adorable ducks roaming around. The portapotty was super clean, and the space itself was more generous than most campsites we’ve booked. We even ended up staying a little longer than planned, and she was flexible and kind throughout. She also had many recommendations for the area which was deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient yet peaceful stay with a lovely local vibe. Would absolutely return—10/10!

Loved camping on Janine’s property. It was wonderful to hear the ducks and we got to meet her sweet dog! Extremely friendly and cozy environment and I loved that there was a porta potty. 😊 We also got to enjoy the awesome swing there! I felt like a kid again. The duck eggs were a wonderful addition to a skillet we made for dinner too! 100% recommend staying here.

Nice site, quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to from the highway and great to have the Porta-potty. Also enjoyed the rope swing. Only there overnight but the picnic table and fire grill were set up nicely.

Perfect place to camp for a private, sweet spot. You can definitely hear the cars on the road but it's not too loud, amazing access to a cute downtown, with hiking and the ocean nearby. The bird calls and ducks are amazing, and there is shade, a picnic table, porta-potty, and fire pit, everything you could need. Definitely bring bug spray and warm layers for morning and evening, and enjoy this gorgeous spot! We recommend buying the deck eggs. We ate half a dozen and then bought a dozen as a gift for friends.

This campground was incredible. Peaceful campsite with access to a beautiful creek that my dogs had fun playing in. Only 3 sites makes this Hipcamp live up to its name. We also enjoyed the RV hookups!

Great private safe and clean spot in a lovely forest. Janine communicated kindly ahead of time and allowed us our privacy. Beautiful bird songs in evening and morning. This was a refreshing stop for us. The outhouse was the cleanest I’ve ever seen ;)

What a gorgeous site! The grandsons played in the pristine creek and we set up badminton in the field. The host even set out a vase of flowers on the picnic table for us! Direction in Hipcamp were incorrect, the host met us and guided us in.

Loved the space that we had at this campsite, very peaceful right next to the creek. We had trouble finding the location because the Hipcamp link is not accurate (should rely on the address instead) but we called the camp host who was willing to drive down to the highway to help us out; she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Nice open field for running around or badminton, and quite a few entries to the creek. Beautiful property, felt private, we had a blast!
