We love seeing the world, with our favorite destinations being Mexico, Dubai, and Canada. Enjoy the calm, quiet serenity of the South Santiam River. Get back to the basics here and just relax and enjoy nature. We have a small cabin with a bunk bed, and a camping toilet is provided. Bring your tent or camper for extra room. Our campsite is nestled among the trees next to the river. There's lots to enjoy. Do you like hiking? Silver Falls State Park is only 36 miles away. Boating? You can put in your kayak/canoe at Gills Landing in Lebanon and float down the river back to the campsite. Fishing? Bring your fishing pole and try catch and release in our pond. Swimming? Take a swim in the cool water. Of course, you can just relax by the water's edge and enjoy the tranquility provided by the soothing flow of the river. This 192 sq. ft. cabin is very basic. There is no shower, but there is a portable toilet with a wash station located outside. We do provide a full 5-gallon water cooler for drinking since there is no running water. For cooking there is a 24" Blackstone 2-burner griddle, and small propane cans are provided. Also, the cabin is furnished with a small supply of pots and pans. There is a battery that provides lighting, and phone charging is available in the cabin. During the cooler months, there is a small wood stove for heating, and firewood is provided. The cabin sleeps 2, but there is room for a camper and/or tents. This campsite is meant to be very simple, so you should plan on bringing whatever you may need/want for camping.

Weekend Trip to Whimsical Studio Loft

Roshin and her partner were very friendly and generous. It was a nice change from most other accommodation experiences where they are more commercial and transactional these days. We enjoyed her really cool studio, and had access to a dedicated bathroom and common kitchen in her main house. Our pup also had an incredible amount of fun in her beautiful backyard. Also, Samosa is just the sweetest!

Was the perfect place to relax and get away. Felt very welcomed upon arrival and was just what we needed for a home away from home. Recommend adding breakfast to your stay if you can afford, food was delicious and had fun talking with other guests. We booked the luxury tent and it was not only cute but very comfy! All in all, had a great time and would love to do it again!

We truly loved where we stayed one night. We were welcomed as we parked at the guest parking lot, and toured all the amenities. There were pools and hot tubs though we didn’t use. I think a family with kids would love this place too. We stayed at the luxury tent which is very private and distant from the others. Bedding was wonderful! Clean and soft! We were able to have a good sleep the night. We loved the huge space in front of the tent where we played with our dog. One thing I should mention in addition to previous comments is we liked that we do not share the toilet with others. So clean and everything was set up so right and the best. This is the first place that I want to book again later!

We really enjoyed our time at Miranda’s farm. My daughter enjoyed the grapes, pools, and (plastic) ax throwing game. I enjoyed the little paths through the grass, a bench to enjoy sunset, and the relative isolation of our tent from the rest of the camping area. Our dog loved that she was allowed to roam and explore. A large field of dry grass (late Aug!) gave us lots of space for the dog and to lay around and watch sunset and the stars. There were all sorts of glamping perks, too! This place is super close to downtown Molalla, so it was easy to run out for ice and other supplies. The host is extremely kind and helpful, even giving me some insights into some off the grid living!

We had a wonderful stay in the Safari Tent with our two grandchildren aged 5 and 8. They loved the pool and the beautiful field to run around in. Sotero was welcoming and a delightful host. The place has lots of fun touches. We brought a camp stove and cooked for ourselves. The small refrigerator in the tent was very handy, as was the accessible warm water for clean up. Highly recommend.

The cabin and surrounding property was so wonderful. Close to town yet it felt like we were far far away. And it all to ourseleves! So many thoughtful amenities such as towels, tea and a tea pot, cooking oil and spices. Books and board games. It was clean and welcoming. The water felt great and was ready for us to spend all day down at the waters edge. Definitely will be back and would recommend this to anyone wanting a special getaway. Thank you!
