Alsea Valley Farm

Our farm is nestled at the end of Honey Grove Valley in the lush coastal mountains.   The creek meanders through our seven acre property.  The north side contains a field, small orchard, greenhouses and barn.  The south side is steep and wooded with healthy riparian.  An extension to the Honey Grove trail leads out of the property accessing a user maintained hiking/mountain biking trail with 1.5, 3, 5 and 7 mile loop options.  

Other nearby activities include hiking and mountain biking in Mary's Peak and Alsea Falls recreational area.  Access to the Alsea River is located 1.5 miles from the property on Honey Grove Road or at nearby Clemmons Park.  

The guest cabin has two rooms and can sleep (4) guests comfortably and up to (6) guests.  It contains (2) queen size beds, and one pull out couch. One bed is in a loft accessed by a ship ladder.  There is a small kitchen and an un-attached bathhouse.  The toilet is non-flush, composting.  From the designated parking area there is a 200 foot walk along a gravel path to the cabin.  

Other features include a fire pit, wood fired sauna, and creek access for cold dips.  Internet is available in the cabin.  There is a Level 1 vehicle charger available for guests.

The property also contains a host residence.  The area around the residence is for the hosts. 

The cabin and the property are very quaint and inviting but also very rustic. Do not be surprised to see a few or many spiders, slugs and other bugs. There are occasional bunnies, wild turkeys, Garter Snakes by the ponds and newts on the trails.  Please maintain good situational awareness when enjoying the property as structures and grounds may have some inherent hazards. 

The barn is off limits.  Greenhouse and gardens are fine to explore as long as doors and gates are closed and dogs are kept out.  Please refrain from harvesting produce and/or eggs unless accompanied or given permission from hosts directly.

The Flying F Ranch Bunkhouse

We are a working black angus cattle ranch in the Willamette Valley.

Our neighbors include Andante, Van Duzer and Left Coast Vineyards, as well as Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge. We've been at the property for 24+ years and would love to share it with you!

The bunkhouse in nestled in the middle of a 115 acre pasture, surrounded by timber. As a "working" ranch, you will be sharing this space with the herd. They may be curious about you, but will not bother you.

Amico Roma Farm

Our farm is a special place in Oregon, close enough to everything yet it feels so remote and private. There are trails throughout the property. Shared steam sauna with cold plunge coming in March 2025.

Pets are allowed with a $15 pet fee found in the "Extras"

Kings Valley Gardens

The peace, quiet and natural beauty of our farm awaits you, along with gardens for you to peruse and harvest from!  

We offer U-pick blueberries in July, August, and September and have a big vegetable garden and lovely old apple and pear orchard.  The Luckiamute River flows just across the road from our property.  

We're excited to share this healing, beautiful space with you.

Yaquina Bend

Relaxation and privacy in nature await! Our tipi is a 18' Handcrafted Sioux Tipi incorperating 4 raised sleeping cots. There is also a zip bell tent with 2 raised sleeping cots. Yaquina Bend camp can accommodate 6 campers in all. The camp is 2 acres along the Yaquina River headwaters in the coastal hills, surrounded by forest and valley praries. 

The fire pit includes a grill and seats so no need to pack chairs. Beach access along the Yaquina River is great for swimming and innertubing in the summer. We have some advanced terrain please use the rope to assist you in getting into the water.  

Only 20 minutes from the Newport, this camp can make a great home base for day trips to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Yaquina-Bend is the perfect place to relax, connect with nature, and spend quality time with friends and family.

ADHD Acres

We have a beautiful camping spot next to a year-round creek, located in the spectacular Pacific Northwest. Nestled in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range, this property is teeming with wildlife. The site is surrounded by 100-year-old oaks and Douglas firs, making it a truly picturesque location.

Not only is our property peaceful and beautiful, but we are also just 10 minutes from Finley Wildlife Refuge, where you can see white swans, Canadian geese, and a wide range of waterfowl. Alsea Falls, with its hiking trails, old-growth trees, and two magical waterfalls, is only 30 minutes away. 

You can reach the coast within an hour. A few miles from the property, you’ll find a charming country store for all your needs. We’re also conveniently located for visits to Corvallis or Eugene — both within a 30-minute drive. We provide porta-potties, potable water, and a serene environment for your stay.

Don’t have a tent or camping equipment? No problem! We offer tents and all the gear you need for a great camping trip. Ask us about our camping kits — we can even set them up for you.

Things to consider before booking: we are on a secluded property with a variety of wildlife, including bears, cougars, bobcats, elk, deer, turkeys, snakes, hornets, yellow jackets, and more. We are actively working to remove poison oak, but it will be an ongoing effort.

Tipi in Town

We have a one acre lot in the city. Our 22' Tipi with access to a full bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).  You may also camp in your own tent or vehicle. Get a fire going under our 20' x 30' canvas shelter and cook dinner or work on crafts (we use this space to teach bushcraft and survival skills classes). Pick plums, cherries, pears, apples and wild blackberries when in season. It's a 1 minute walk to access the best coffee shop and cafe in town. Our camp feels a little like you are in the country while being within walking distance of large city parks (Avery Park and Willamette Park), swimming holes, grocery stores and restaurants.  As an urban site, you may hear street traffic on Hwy 99, although it's subtle. There is urban light from both a street light and the storage units on the North border of the property. The Tipi itself offers some barrier to these lights, however, if you want to be in a really dark location and see all the stars, this is probably not the site for you. Also, during the rainy season, the tipi isn't waterproof. 

We are close to Oregon State University campus (15 min bike ride, 30 min walk) and easy access to I-5 corridor (about 15 min drive).  

We host you as a family of 3 including our young daughter who might try to get you to pick blackberries with her.

Trip Camp- Secluded Forest by Beach

Rustic tent and hammock camping on 20 private forested acres, just half a mile from the Pacific Ocean. It’s peaceful, wild, and surprisingly close to Yachats. You’ll fall asleep to ocean waves, not generators. This isn’t a tourist campground. It’s our home. We’re opening a few of our favorite spots to people who appreciate quiet, nature, and thoughtful presence.
Our campsites were built for our family, not mass use. If you like forest stillness and a touch of wildness, you’ll probably love it here. If you’re looking for drive-in glamping with full facilities, this probably isn’t your spot.
What to expect:
• Walk-in campsites (5 minutes or less from parking)
• No RVs, trailers, or car camping
• No water, power, or trash service: pack everything out
• Shared outhouse: use for bodily waste only!
• Optional outdoor shower ($10/person) by request. It's attached to our home and rustic (some love it, others skip it - or wish they’d brought a bathing suit.)
• Guided check-in required between 4–7 PM. No arrivals after 8 PM
• All communication via Hipcamp messages - no text messages
• One check-in per group. If arriving in two vehicles, coordinate timing or walk your party in
You’ll park near our greenhouse and home, where you may see chickens, a kiddo on the play structure, or hear a tractor. Campsites are deeper in the woods and often feel totally private. A seasonal creek flows nearby. Depending on the time of year, you might spot wild mushrooms, huckleberries, and more.
The beach is about a 15-minute walk, including a short stretch along Highway 101. It’s walkable but may feel exposed to some. Yachats, the 804 Trail, and Cape Perpetua are all nearby.
This land once held a WWI-era spruce logging camp. We’ve lived here since 2013, slowly transforming bramble into trails, gardens, and space to grow. Our son is a cancer survivor, and our connection to this land runs deep. We’re not a commercial farm - we’re a family practicing stewardship, slow living, and welcoming guests who do the same.
We love hosting quiet campers, nature lovers, foragers, backwoods hikers, and families who understand personal space and come prepared. If that’s you, you’ll feel right at home.

Rock Crick Acres

This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres.  There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream.  Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $10/day which includes the firewood. There are complimentary tables, BBQ, chairs. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit?  Yep, true.
Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit.
We ask if the ground is wet (rain for 24+ hrs) you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideout.  If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them.  Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get a bit of barking from the dogs to the east for the 1st hour. I just want to be honest and warn you.

Riverside Camping

 We are closed for the season to let our land rest and, well it gets pretty soggy around here in the winter months. We'll open up in again in April but, we're taking  reservations for the 2026 season...

Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'.  has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. 

For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE.

We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. 

We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. 

The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy.  You'll use the bathroom facilities in the apartment.

All of our guests have full access to our personal dock to get down to the water. Feel free to fish off the dock, swim, Kayak, SUP or just enjoy the evening on the dock. 

Our property is about a 10 minute drive to the Ocean/Hwy 101, just south of Lincoln City. There is hiking close by and miles of coastline to explore. We are happy to help you have the best experience at the coast...Just ask!
