This is a beautiful and pristine piece of the river set up for solitude. If you want to swim, paddleboard, or just relax this is a great getaway spot. The river is calm and safe for children as well so please feel free to bring the family.

Site is well suited to meditation, hiking, leave no trace camping, orienteering, geocaching, stargazing. Good base camp during hunting season. Highly recommended for folks thinking of moving to the area. Off grid paradise! The feel of this land varies based on your view. On the lower east side by the road you will be able to see the neighbor and his off grid solar setup. On the west side you see national forest property, and your view of neighbor and road will be blocked by the Butte. Hike up to the lower Butte or climb to the upper Butte to see lovely views of the Sprague River Valley, which includes farms, forest and neighboring parcels.

On the two acres, there's a Porta-Potty available, and all tent campers will be provided with hand sanitizer and a bottle of water. The river is within walking distance, easily accessible off the main road, just about two car lengths away, off Sunna Ln. Additionally, I have a gravel driveway, mostly level, with room for one RV on the main driveway off Sprague River Road. This spot offers a river view and access for kayaking, fishing, and swimming. It's approximately 5 miles to the town of Chiloquin, about 35 miles from Crater Lake, roughly 12 miles from Collier Park Museum (a logging museum), and around 32 miles to Klamath Falls. I live where the tall pines grow. Please note that this property is a dead zone for cell phones. Happy Travels!

Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.
