Keep in mind that you may encounter bugs, coyotes, deer, and some nearby farming activity during your stay.
Our communal camping area features level ground, fire pit, potable water spigot, camp toilet, and a picnic table. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be leashed or kenneled on the property—feel free to let them off-leash on the adjacent public lands.
Owners are available to provide information and maps for hiking and outdoor recreation activities. Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.
Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.

The RV resort sits at the end of a one mile gravel driveway, on the edge of a juniper forest overlooking the 200 acre Junipers Reservoir and its surrounding meadows. Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby.
NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.
Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

I have two acres of land separate from my home, pretty much wooded property ideal for tent camping or sleeping in your car you are off the road a bit with privacy in a secure safe environment. You will find shells between the trees and solar lights at each campsite for your convenience.On the two acres, there's a Porta-Potty available, and all my guest will receive a welcome bag, as a thank you for booking with River Pines. Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby.
NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.
Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

At the site, you can stargaze or explore our property, which backs onto BLM land. We have a private meadow where animals live freely, leading up a hill with views of nature as far as the eye can see.

I have two acres of land separate from my home, pretty much wooded property ideal for tent camping or sleeping in your car you are off the road a bit with privacy in a secure safe environment. You will find shells between the trees and solar lights at each campsite for your convenience.On the two acres, there's a Porta-Potty available, and all my guest will receive a welcome bag, as a thank you for booking with River Pines. We enjoyed our stay at Tracy’s land. There were a few other campsites on the property but everything was spread out well and we had our own space. Bathrooms were very clean. Our site had everything we needed. Small propane camping stove, fire pit, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware, lanterns, bed with bedding. Only about 30 min south of crater lake. Would stay at Myrtle’s place again!

My partner and I and our dog loved staying in the big tent here! Directions were clear and we found our way easily. It is tucked away off of a low traffic road, and it was all nature (and cow) sounds. Other sites are within view, but there's plenty of space. The site had everything we would have wanted: towels, many small tables and chairs, a small picnic table, a small propane grill, bbq, and fire pit, as well as a number of cooking and dining supplies. The bed was comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets were provided. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, including shower soaps, and the water heats up quickly. Tracy was very helpful with questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in a large, semipermanent tent with a bed, mattress, and most comfortable bedding. Is that glamping? Hot shower. The directions given are from the east. From the west, turn left on Dixon Rd from 62 and drive 1.6 miles until it ends, then turn right on Sun Mountain Rd. and drive about 0.4 miles to 42.7277, -121.9835. There will be a small green sign on the right with a couple names and numbers 55400-55430. Turn right at that sign. From the east, turn right on Sun Mountain Rd, and the small green sign will be on the left in about 2.4 miles.
