Camp fires are permitted when there aren't local fire bans in effect. Please take all trash with you. Restrooms are not provided at campsites, however there are facilities in the winery when open. Enjoy Buckeye Lake Winery and Restaurant during open hours of operation, see website for more specific information regarding hours of operation, menu and band schedules. Buckeye Lake has multiple bars and restaurants located around the lake, once considered the "Playground of Ohio". It's an undiscovered gem if you've never been here.

We are Jubal, Melea, and Ralphie (our pupper). We have a beautiful place we call Cantilever Springs that we would like to share. Our bike shop, Scioto Valley Cycle, is up and running on the property in a barn built in the late 1800’s. SVC is a full sales and service bike shop retailing Yeti Cycles and Cannondale. There is a mountain bike skills course to play on during your stay. Fire ring and picnic table is on camp site, fire wood can be purchased on site. On this property we have tent and van camping. Cantilever Springs is located in Ross County Ohio, just one mile from Great Seal State Park and Tecumseh! Drama, and only six miles from Hopewell Culture National Historical Park & downtown historical Chillicothe.

Enjoy camping back a quiet lane beside towering Norway and White Pines. This is a great spot for an overnight stay or a week-long visit to explore the area. Your site is located on 5 acres of wooded, rolling country side where nature abounds. Although there is a private residence nearby, you are our guests and your privacy will be respected. We are just a 10 minute walk from Cedarville University's Campus and a 20 minute walk to the Village.
We are situated near Clifton, Yellow Springs and Jamestown; the Ohio to Erie Bike Trail is less than a mile away. Down the road are the Clifton Mill and Clifton Gorge (4.5 mi.). The Museum of the Air Force (Wright-Patterson AFB), along with several Wright Brother's Historical Sites, are just a 30 minute drive away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Site availability - April thru October
Maximum RV length is limited to 24 ft. (pictured is a 22' travel trailer with a 3' rear rack). 30 amp electric service is provided, as well as potable water to fill your tank at the site. This is a back-in, level site of crushed stone, dimensions 12 ft. wide by 24 ft. deep, with ample space for your tow vehicle. Enjoy the nearby fire pit with wood provided.
If towing, you will want to enter our lane from the direction of the Village to make the turn easier.
There is a dump site conveniently located just 3.5 miles away at John Bryan State Park ($10).

This was the perfect location for our weekend of activities. It was the perfect combination of wooded property and we'll maintained lawn for the kids to play. The hosts were friendly and available for anything if we needed anything.

What a great spot! I would definitely visit again. The place was beautifully manicured. It was cozy with a fun fireplace already to go and picnic table adorned with candles for the mosquitoes and an electric mosquito zapper that worked really well. Our hosts were so friendly greeted us as we entered the property and we are so enthusiastic. Got a chance to visit the amazing bike shop inside the old barn in the morning. Super special spot—- quiet, beautiful, and friendly.

I had a fantastic time camping here! The location strikes the perfect balance—peaceful and tucked just far enough off the beaten path to feel relaxing, yet still conveniently close to anything you might need. The family who runs the site is incredibly welcoming, and their dog Ralphie is an absolute delight. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!

We camped in the site closest to the winery on the left. Beautiful deep, wide, private, quiet and treesed site with a large picnic table. The owner, Tracy, stopped by to welcome us. We camped 2 nights and enjoyed dinner and drinks with amazing sunsets over Buckeye Lake. We are already planning our next long weekend there.
