A School house converted to a home! We are sitting on 1.6 ac. located on a corner area in the country 6 miles from town. Surrounded by farm lands and open sky. Old country home located 18. Mi off of i-75 a mile from route 66 an 5 miles from route 30. the old miami Erie canal runs through many towns close by, within walking distance, biking or hiking. Ohio caverns are within 45 minutes of this location. A local tavern within a mile and the best ice cream in the area within five miles, " the creamery" of Delphos. Could just stay enjoy a game of cornhole or 9-hole golf on site.

Experience this cozy and unique tiny house perched atop of Mad River Mountain Ski Resort. The tiny house is located in the beautiful Mountain Top RV Campground, and can be enjoyed year round. It provides a fun and peaceful getaway while still being 15 minutes away from downtown Bellefontaine. The tiny house is hooked up in an RV campsite with electric, septic and water. It does have distance from other campers, with woods behind the tiny house. You can enjoy AC in the summer and heat in the winter. Owner of Rusty Fig Redesign, interior designer Janet and her two sons purchased the Tiny House and rehabbed it in a Swedish modern style, with lots of natural elements, and cozy features. Come stay at our family labor of love! The Rusty Fig Tiny House is your tiny getaway, with everything you need to be at home. There is a queen size bed in the loft only accessible by ladder. The sofa does fold out as an additional bed (which can fit one adult or 2 small children). The tiny house has a flushable toilet and working shower (hot water lasts about 5 continuous minutes and regenerates about every 30 minutes.) Connect to nature and sit outside by the fire pit, though you must supply your own firewood. All the fixings for smores are provided for 2 guests on the first night, plus complimentary hot beverages throughout your stay. Enjoy your dinner outside or play a game on the picnic table provided. We now have Wi-Fi! In winter, skiing is a short walk (~250 feet). Ski in, ski out for great convenience! Our Tiny House is: 1 min from Mad River Mountain Ski Resort 15 minutes away from Bellefontaine, OH (lots of shops, restaurant and things to do!) 18 minutes away from the Ohio Caverns 30 minutes away from Indian Lake State Park - Dog Park, Boating, Fishing, Hiking

We had a great time glamping in our adorable Indian Lake tiny house! The grounds are well maintained and lovely, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. On the edge of the property is a brew pub with games, cozy seating indoors and out, fire pits, and sometimes even live music and food trucks, which was a pleasant surprise. House was well equipped with many essentials, too. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a great time, very peaceful and private. Chuck and his wife were very kind. We had a blast fishing, better than we expected! We didn’t even want to leave this morning! We caught 4 fish in 1 hour 45 mins before we left. 3 drums and a baby cat. Yesterday evening 2 large cat fish 3 lbs and 5 pounds, along with another drum. A lot of things are provided for you which is amazing. We brought everything we needed because we were unsure what was there, we forgot a couple of things but Chuck had them handy, like tongs and an oven mitt. You can get by while staying here with just clothes, fishing poles and food. It’s set up like you were visiting your parent’s cabin, it’s a nice and convenient stay! We couldn’t use the boat because the water was choppy but I would have LOVED to be out there and it would’ve made it even better. I’m already trying to figure out when to come back when weather is better!

This cabin was amazing! It's tied for first place for my favorite cabins. It is very clean, private, has an excellent view, and great amenities. The price is very competitive. Chuck and Anya were very nice and accommodating. It was cold out, the stove kept the cabin cozy with the provided firewood. I'm very short and the provided footstool made accessing the loft steps easy. Would stay here again.

Had a awesome time, very secluded with lots of nature's wonders all around. Very peaceful kicking back and rockin on deck as river floats on by. The cabin is very nice the main bed is in the loft and with no railing if steps are down can be very tricky, handles are installed to help. The bed is incased In plastic so for those that are sound sensitive ( like myself) it could prove to be problematic. Also not the most comfortable. Other than that we really enjoyed our escape to uncle chucks, and thank them for their hospitality. Terri & Sam

This property is a great place to enjoy nature. The Metropark has an easement through the canal. Bendview park is nearby. Undeveloped park acreage is near the access road to the east. Baltimore orioles, Cedar Waxwings,eagles, bluebirds and pileated woodpeckers pass through. Arrowheads have been found everywhere. There's peace and quiet in the surrounding area.
