While camping with us, visit&nbsp;Betsy, the Two-toed Sloth, and Teddy, the Capuchin Monkey, plus many other ambassadors at our sanctuary who&nbsp;are sure to inspire you and remind us of our interconnectedness!

R.O.S.A Land Campground Piedmont NC

We are a secluded, land-based retreat and campground, along a tributary of the Tar River which backs up to a wild forest, offering individuals and small groups a place for rest, exploration, sanctuary, and grounding. Equal parts woodland, floodplain wetland and pastureland, R.O.S.A (Rare Occaneechi Saponi Alluvial) land is stewarding 23 acres of ecological magical oasis in an Aquatic Habitat deemed an important NC Natural Heritage area of the Piedmont of North Carolina.  Rare mussel species and amphibians live here.  Come see for yourself!

Learn more about this land:Camping on a working farm and will be surrounded and in earshot of pastures with pigs, cows, donkeys, sheep, chickens etc.Camping platform in the corner of a shared camping meadow. Great for any season and includes tree cover for some added shade.

Hidden River Farm and Retrievers is located at the end of a private dead end road.  We have two inviting campsites.  Both have fire pits and the option to hook to power (for an additional fee) should the camper need or want it. We also have a patio with sitting and eating area.
