Securely fenced area on a half acre lot with a beautiful 12’ X 30’ raised slab for tent camping only (two tents maximum). Note: campers may place tents on grass if desired. Fires in fire pits only on patios. Amenities: Gated fenced yard, teak patio set w/umbrella, picnic table, Weber Spirit II gas grill w/griddle, fire pits + firewood, electricity, hot and cold water, two person hammock (450lbs), Berkey filtered drinking water and a rustic privacy shower tent and toilet. During your stay, you have use of the entire fenced back grounds. Close to quaint towns on the eastern side of Raleigh such as Clayton, Garner, Wendell and Zebulon (home of The Carolina Mudcats). On the other side of the I-440/I-540 circle … Durham (home of the Durham Bulls), Chapel Hill, F-V, Apex and Cary. Wake Forest is North, but not the university. The camping site is centrally located for exploring the area. You can even get to the Atlantic Ocean in just over two hours! Nearby (less than 10 min drive) … Publix, Bojangles, PRIME BBQ, City BBQ, Grandstreet Pizza, iPho Sushi, five guys, Oak City Brewing and Bearded Bee Brewing.
