If you ever experienced, as a kid, going to the country to visit grandparents/aunt or uncles - this is an adventure just like that with dirt (mud puddles and all) driveway (approx. 1100 ft. long).

This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on AirBnB or Booking.com. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.

The campsite is situated privately on a working farm that has been in the family for 220 years.  Me and my two young kids and grandmother live at the farm . We raise pastured angus beef, grain, hay and vegetables. Campers are welcome to walk the trails around the fields and woods and visit the animals. We can also provide campers with fresh beef and sometimes eggs.Learn more about this land:

Enjoy peace, nature, and agriculture while overlooking your own private lake. 500 contiguous acres to explore on this working farm that has been in the family since 1797. We are a small family farm that has a hidden lake and 100 year old orchard at which camping provides privacy and freedom while still being a short walk or drive to amenities. Someone will always be at the main house about 3/4 of a mile away for any of your needs.  Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails.

this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available.  There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. There are many areas to spread out individual campsites for large groups if desired.  we have added a large porta potty.

My husband and I bought our camp property when our children were young, and our kids grew up there. Between frog-catching contests, paddle boats, picnics, dirt biking, bonfires, camp outs, and the occasional wedding it was our special getaway. Now that the kids are growing up and going out on adventures of their own, we decided it's time we share our little piece of heaven with others, and so here we are, meeting new people from all over the world, making new connections, and enjoying the opportunity to share this beautiful woodland and pond property that we've been blessed with. Camp Whitman on Seneca Lake

Camp Whitman on Seneca Lake is a residential summer camp operated by the Presbytery of Geneva in partnership with the Presbytery of Genesee Valley.
 The camp has been in operation since 1954.
 Prior to that the land was a working farm.

The property hosts a summer camp each summer, but the cottages and cabins are available for group and family rentals outside of this timeframe.
 The property is marked by Seneca Lake on its eastern boundary, Punnett's Pond on its western boundary and streams and ravines on its north and south boundaries.
 The property additionally features a swimming pool, hiking trails, a small organic garden and optional activities like archery, boating and more for guests at certain points in the season.

The small cabin on the right is one of our two "honeymoon" cabins.

Our camper cabins are clustered together in one area, near our Main Lodge building and close to the lakefront.
