*Important note: Lake Rd is busy and there will be road noise that dies down after 11pm. There is a historic and active railroad line behind the cabin and you will hear the train pass through the day and night. Some people have found it cool or relaxing but others have not.

For your safety, please exercise caution when venturing into the woods and avoid approaching the active train tracks located at the back of the property.
While the passing train adds to the rustic charm of the setting, it may NOT be suitable for light sleepers. Road traffic noise tends to calm down in quiet hours.

The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Enjoy yourself but please be respectful of others

For your safety, please exercise caution when venturing into the woods and avoid approaching the active train tracks located at the back of the property.
While the passing train adds to the rustic charm of the setting, it may NOT be suitable for light sleepers. Road traffic noise tends to calm down in quiet hours.

The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. This trip was absolutely amazing. Brian is an attentive and friendly host with the utmost care for hosting people. The cabin was well-equipped and so incredibly cozy. We love the location, close enough to Tim Horton’s for us to grab coffee but on property that feels secluded and perfectly quiet and peaceful. For it being winter, we were lucky to have had the most incredible weather for February, giving us the opportunity to walk through the woods, explore and enjoy how beautiful the woods are with the snow. We will absolutely be back in other seasons, there was still so much for us to do and see in the area! Thank you, Brian for everything!

I come here with my partner each Christmas and we listen to the ever growing record collection while we listen to the cracking wood in the Woodstock. There's a propane cook top for coffee and tea as well as frying pans and pots. The bed is so comfortable. Bring a book if you like. The host is amazing and makes sure you have anything you need as they live just down the way.

It’s a great size, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for the start of our cross country trip back home , including a buddy heater for the cold night. Despite it being chilly out we were able to sleep comfortably with extra blankets and some hand warmers. It rained one morning and watching/hearing it fall on the plexiglass wall was amazingly beautiful. We enjoyed the observation deck and took a short hike. We made a cozy fire and used the cooking gear provided to make a nice dinner. We cannot wait for our film to be developed as every part of this trip was stunning. We will definitely be back, Jennifer was a great host and has made a beautiful nature oasis on her land.

Brian's land was truly an oasis on this trip. A beautiful spot by a quiet pond, this pristine campsite gave me the rest and beauty I needed. Brian was so helpful and accommodating, especially since we were experiencing some heavy rain that evening. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm passing through the area. Thank you Brian!

We loved our quick stop at Grape City! The property was easy to find and parking was even easier. We caught the last rays of a beautiful sunset over Lake Erie in the distance and had a quiet evening to recharge before getting back on the road.

The host was extremely welcoming. As a multi-racial family group, the atmosphere felt safe, warm and friendly. The property has been cultivated to share this special place with others while preserving habitat. We had a quick overnight while visiting Letchworth for the day. It was inspiring and all around a very positive experience.
