The main cabin, Belle's Cabin, is made from hand hewed logs and is the only cabin furnished with a king size bed. All cabins have climate controlled heating/cooling units as well as hot water. Camp David was originally a German hunting camp at the turn of the 20th century. I decided to build a campsite after being approached by a few guys from Brooklyn, looking for a place to camp while stopping at our family yard sale. They loved the location and came back a second time. It became obvious we had something special at this location. The site is continuing to grow and we are working on new accommodations to keep things interesting! We hope you consider coming to visit us! When we are available, we greet each guest to help get their gear down to the river with our John Deere Gator UTV. We offer the same help during checkout getting the guests gear back to their vehicle. We live onsite but far enough away from the campsite allowing the privacy for our guests.
