There are several campsites as well as a cozy bed in a cabin that you can stay in. The property used to be an orchard, until most was sold and converted to housing developments. My one acre and a few old cherry trees remains. Both the camping areas and the cabin are in sight of my house. But, there are plenty of areas to choose from. I can supply a fire ring and logs to burn if you are interested. Dogs allowed, as long as they get along with and don’t chase other animals. You must be animal friendly! I have a dog, two indoor/outdoor cats, and chickens.

Two double beds, one single, and a couple of nice cots. Tent Sites abound! We bought this property about four years ago. It was trashed by the previous owner and had an old dilapidated trailer in the middle of it. We cleaned and cleaned, then we ripped out the bad parts of the trailer and rebuilt the insides, placed a huge metal roof over the whole thing and put in a composting outhouse. This spot was absolutely 💯 fantastic. It was private, easy to find, right in the middle of so much to do. The covered fireplace was such an treat. Our dogs loved the space as much as we did. Our 34ft class A motorhome was easy to park and level. During our stay we had an opportunity to walk downtown Dansville and enjoyed the wonderful coffee shop and bakery. Our visit to Letchworth State Park was unbelievable. It was an easy ride to the Grand Canyon of the east. Our hike at Stony Brook State Park was just as nice. On our next stay we plan on hitting a winery and buying fresh baked goods from one or two of the Amish bakers in the area. Unfortunately they are only open on Saturday so we missed out. Anthony was very responsive and provided great directions and offered any help we needed. The location offers 30 amp service and that was an additional plus. We definitely recommend this spot to our friends.

Weekend Trip to Tomtuga on the Erie Canal

Tom was a fantastic host! Upon arriving, he let us pick our camping spot, brought wood over & built a fire pit for us. He even lit it with a fancy blow torch. The campground is beautifully manicured and has an outdoor shower. Easy walk or bike ride to the path on the Erie Canal. Tim is very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely camp there again.

Weekend Trip to Overgrown Ridge Camp By Letchworth

We chose this spot to get out of the city and get a break from loud fireworks (our dog is terrified). There were some around, but it wasn't a total loss. The site is clearly well thought out, and had everything we needed. It was 90 degrees during the day and I was surprised that the outhouse gave off no smell. It would have been brutal if it wasn't for the gazebo that was put up, that provided some shade. I'd bring your own canopy if you have more than two people, though. The bed was cozy, solar panel power was perfect for two people to charge phones and speaker, and we were able to run a fan constantly. We felt secluded, and only heard the people at the other campsite late at night. We did purchase firewood ahead of time, it was in the tent when we got there and we ended up purchasing another bundle through the app. We absolutely would stay again.
