We have a small, 4 acre spot in the country, surrounded by farmland and woodland, and it adjoins hundreds of acres of state land and private property that both allow for hiking, nature walks, bird spotting, biking, and quiet. We're close to Letchworth State Park, quaint country villages, Darien Lake, and we're 40 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester. We have a large tent available, and space for RVs and campers.
We've made some small upgrades - an air mattress, new woodstove, and an outhouse. We'll be updating pictures soon. If you have questions, let us know.

You’ll get a gate combination after confirming your stay. Enter through the gate on our one lane road, cross the shallow creek and end at our large open meadow. If the creek is ever too high to cross, park in the grassy area and walk across foot bridge.

Located on a small homestead farm with free range chickens, ducks, cantankerous geese, as well as dwarf goats, honey bees and a blind dog--so please drive slowly. Farm encompasses a mature hardwood forest, large organic vegetable garden, pollinator gardens, plant nursery, fruit and nut trees and shrubs. A diverse population of wild birds visit and nest here, including our summer pond resident green heron. A creek with waterfall runs through the property. Cabin is on the edge of a tree-lined pond. Host will meet with you upon arrival to give overview of land layout. We live and work here, but will respect your privacy and space. We ask that you please do the same, which includes all the living inhabitants here.
We are in farm country, so at times there may be tractors, manure spreading, mowing, etc. in nearby fields. Also, the frogs make quite a ruckus on the pond in the evening.

This property is beautiful! It’s a little bit hard to find the entrance from the road because it is not marked well, but there is a street number sign on the road.
It is very easy to get around inside and it has some nice camp spots and a new, clean bath & shower. We had a great walk around all the trails with our dogs until a big rainstorm came in. Lol
Definitely recommend. We would love to come back if we come back this way again.

Weekend Trip to McCormick Farms Base Camp
Emily’s place was awesome! It was quiet, beautifully maintained and scenic with a corn field growing across the gravel road. The lean-to was brilliant! So enjoyed sitting and gazing out at the farm. The outhouse was clean and so well laid out. Easy entrance to Letchworth Park. Truly a stellar base camp! Highly recommend!

Every time we come to Western NY we stay here.
Close to Buffalo and nearest town of East Aurora is only a few minutes away with a great main street with wonderful shops and places to eat. Also only 1 hour from Letchworth State Park
Only a few campsites that are very well maintained with spotless bathrooms/showers. Beautiful and quiet.
Neil is a fantastic host and even helped us with soem issues we had with our trailer.

We were looking for an easy and convenient way to have a family campfire and site #3 was great. We didn't stay overnight, but this was exactly what we were looking for. David was very welcoming, showed us where the bathroom was as soon as we got there, and even left chairs and roasting sticks out for us to use. There's also lots of firewood available for purchase. No one else was renting the other sites, so we even had to whole place to ourselves. Highly recommend!

Camping on David’s property was a lovely experience! Easy entry and exit from the property, which was much bigger than we anticipated. Super clean, beautiful and peaceful property that provided ample privacy for us to feel like the site was all our own. Host was very friendly and accommodating with fantastic communication, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable readily available whenever we needed. A memorable stay, we would love to visit again!
