This unique glamping RV sits on 5 beautiful acres with incredible mountain and desert views—and is home to 30 rescued “Llovable Llamas.” We are conveniently located near Taos, where you’ll find world-class skiing and outdoor recreation. Red River, another charming ski town with exceptional Rocky Mountain scenery, is close by as well. Just south lies Colorado and the Great Sand Dunes National Park. You’ll find plenty of local recommendations in our guest book—we love adventures! The camper is a newer model with slide-outs on both sides, making the interior spacious and comfortable. It includes all the modern amenities: electricity, hot and cold running water, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to six guests. In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, the sofa folds out into a full queen, and the dining area converts into a bed suitable for children. Several outdoor spaces invite you to relax, including a sitting area, picnic table, hammock, and a fire pit for evening campfires and stargazing. We also provide outdoor games such as cornhole, ladder toss, and horseshoes, along with classic indoor board and card games. While the camper offers the perfect opportunity to unplug and enjoy nature, you’ll also have access to free WiFi and a television with streaming services—ideal for staying connected or winding down with a movie.

I loved this space so much. Super beautiful and peaceful and I loved the animals! It was the perfect little retreat for myself and I love the history of the property.

The camper is super cozy and has beautiful views. There is a stovetop, sink, and composting toilet inside the camper – and a great outdoor seating area outside. It was chilly in late October, so Kate set me up with lots of thick blankets and I stayed very warm! Kate is open and welcoming but also gave me my privacy. Great stay!

Loved this tiny getaway home and how close it was to Taos attractions! The home itself is very nice and comfortable. We were 4 adults (including 2 seniors) and a child and it was perfect! Since there are several homes on the property, we will consider coming back next time with friends!

My stay at the year on the Mesa top totally exceeded my expectations. Kate was there to greet me and show me around and really has put many magical touches on the place. There was everything I need to cook, do dishes, even take an outdoor shower. I came in late fall, and while it was cold at night, the propane heater was toasty. And the bedding was amazing, so I didn’t even need the heater when I slept. The views and the stars and the location are unparalled. I would definitely come back!

Weekend Trip to Creekside Glamping Tipis on Off-Grid, 70 Acre Working Ranch

Traveling cross country for 3 weeks, I have stayed at a few places and this is one of my favorites! The location is beyond beautiful. Creekside with foot bridges, tipi had everything I needed and MORE! The cows and horses were fun to watch and the hammock next to my tipi beside the creek was so relaxing. I could actually see the Milky Way. Lastly the hosts were so friendly and helpful. Bringing me extra firewood for the awesome stone fire pit I forgot to mention that has beautiful wooden rocking chairs. It’s beyond amazing and unbelievably priced.

Weekend Trip to Creekside Glamping Tipis on Off-Grid, 70 Acre Working Ranch

I love this land in the Tusas Valley - the sounds of elks bugling, coyotes calling, and the Rio Tusas running nearby... Deborah is such a personable and attentive host but never intrusive. The restaurant her family owns over in Tres Piedras is a treasure too. I have stayed in both the yurt and tipis, and they are clean and fitted out with everything you need. Me and my dog were happy to return

Weekend Trip to Casa de KAMA (The Silo)

Pat was responsive to all our questions before and during our stay, and we appreciated her flexibility. Our concern about a gas smell turned out to be an unlit pilot light on the stove, and that was easily remedied. We also wondered if a silo would be drafty--but it wasn't. We were there in early October, and the view of the surrounding Chama River Valley was beautiful. We loved the Silo and would stay there again!
