HORSES WELCOME! Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day. There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay. We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom. It can easily sleep six people. If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area. The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in. This is a sanctuary for our animals. We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies). By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals. We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks. There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores. If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles. We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up. We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you. So please come, stay at our farm and relax. We are here year round.

Site 3 is for tent camping only and is more secluded. It does have water access available. These sites are a great spot to watch the sunset or watch the stars at night. These all are self contained camping spots. I do have two very friendly dogs that will most likely come say hi to you. Dewey Beer is 1 mile away in Harbeson. Lewes beach is only about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth beach is about 20 minutes away. Sports at the beach is only 5 miles away. Tanger outlets is 8 miles away. Delaware Turf sports complex is 24 miles. There are many great restaurants and shopping nearby. Feel free to ask for recommendations!

Water is available if you need to refill. Your unit must be self contained. Property is close to the resort areas of Assateague Island, Ocean City, Berlin, Snow Hill and Salisbury. Feel free to ask for suggestions of our favorite places to visit and local restaurants. There are dogs, goats, pigs and chickens that roam the property. The roosters and goats love to talk (loudly and early)! We also own an RV rental company (atthebeachrvrentals.com). We can also do a site with a camper rental. Please contact us for further details on the camping package! Whether you are coming to visit our beach towns, hunt our public lands or visit family in the area, we would love to meet you!

Great spot next to the turtle ponds and trees. Jill is a wonderful host who took the time to share her fantastic cremes, pottery, and cats with us!

Great place to get away and camp. Really quiet, plenty of open space and tree line to camp on. Nice trails to walk the dog or take the Jeep through. Plenty of wood to burn, but best you bring something to cut it up. This was perfect for me because I was camping in a hot tent. They will cut and deliver wood for a price. The bath house was a short walk away with clean showers and conditioned. The Host and Helper were really nice and made sure I had what I needed. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

This camp is a very quiet rural location (45 minutes to Lewes and Cape May Ferry) and has a great list of amenities. The camp hosts are welcoming and very helpful. Shout-out to Dave for assisting us on arrival. The animals are cool and mostly friendly. The pool looked nice as did the meadery- didn't have time to try these. The nature walk was really nice and easy to follow. Now to the sites themselves - if you're looking at a full hook-up site, you will need to bring plenty of waste line and water line as the utility layout is challenging. Our recommendation is to call ahead and ask about site layout. Upon departure we ended up dumping our full grey and black tanks at Killen Pond State Park about 9 miles away. For those with 30-Amp rigs, do have a 50-amp converter in your electric box for flexibility in site selection. Overall, a nice long weekend stay with friendly hosts.

TJ’s directions were super clear and he was accommodating to our late arrival. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this location made for easy travel back and forth. Our kids loved visiting with the goats and fishing in the pond (lots of little bass reeled in)!

We had a wonderful time at Jill’s property for an overnight trip with our camper. We had the whole place to ourselves and enjoy the peaceful countryside while exploring the pond and beautiful tree covered driveway. Jill’s communication has been the best we’ve experienced this far!!

We absolutely love camping here. We just stayed for our third time. What a lovely horse farm and it's so nice to be able to walk our dog off leash. The farm dogs are very friendly and love to come over and be petted and hang out for a spell. Best part of this site for us is the fact that it's less than 8 mi from our house so it's a convenient getaway.

Was everything we expected it to be. Site was nice and flat restrooms were clean and well maintained. The goats came to visit the first day we were set up they hung out for a few and went on their way. It was late in the season so activity was minimal which worked out well for us.

The property at Strawberry Crossroads is beautiful! I’m just sorry I didn’t get to spend more leisure time there, as I had to work in town every day. It is only 17 miles from the beach resort town of Ocean City, yet you feel far removed from the crowds etc…Our host TJ was super hospitable, yet left you to your privacy. He would even deliver firewood, if needed! I will definitely stay again & also recommend to others!

Very easy to find and set up camp. The farm is well organized and easy to navigate. TJ is a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The farm is close to various activities including hiking, fishing and the beach. The farm animals roaming the grounds add a fun and cute element to the stay as well. Would stay again.
