My second glamping site "The Medieval Encampment", is available for booking starting April 1st of 2025. I will have more pictures soon. In April of 2024, my long awaited 1st Glamping site was available for booking. It's been very popular! Please read the description carefully of the "Gypsy Rose Vardo", to see if it's the right fit for you.
I also have 10 large camping sites available on our 33 acre property located in Northwest NJ. Sites 1 through 4 are on mowed, fairly level fields and are large enough for campers or RV's up to 30ft, or a couple of tents, and sites 5 and 6 are further back in the woods, available only for a few small tents, sites 7 through 10 are much further into the property and are only accessible with a high clearance AWD or 4WD SUV or you can park and hike your gear in. There are 3 compost toilet outhouses spread out through the property, so it's an easy walking distance from any site.
Although we are only 2 1/2 miles from a main highway, the last 2 miles are on a dirt road with no houses.
We are surrounded by protected land, so no neighbors and lots of wildlife, including the occasional bear, coyote or raccoon. Keep all food items secured. Because we are surrounded by protected land we are not sprayed for insects, so be safe and do tick checks often and bring the bug spray.
We are 45 minutes from NYC or the Delaware Water Gap and an hour away from the NJ shore. There are horse farms nearby that offer trail rides. We are also close to the Highland and Appalachian Hiking trails.
There are two reservoirs within a 20-minute drive for canoeing or kayaking.
There are walking trails through our property, including a ten-minute hike on a marked trail to a small waterfall in a ravine.

Nestled in the mountainside in Morris County this 10 acre farm estate is home to a plethora of wildlife, small lake, and large brook that runs through the property. The lake is home to native wildlife and the brook is loaded with trout. There are a couple of professionally maintained landscaping areas perfect for camping and firepit. It comes with a firepit, and everything you need for an amazing night out in the wilderness. Very spacious and lovely forested sites! No issues as a pull-through or back-in site, even at night! Incredibly friendly host. Generators are frowned upon at night during quiet hours, but well-tolerated if no other campers are around. Would definitely camp here again. Jayco 195 travel trailer.

Greta spot, exactly as described. Adjacent Nature trail was a nice surprise. Clean, with fire ring and picnic table. A fair price too. We were the first site on the right; the farthest flung has a bit more privacy, but the whole field is open so you’re in view regardless of which spot you pick.

We got the spot # 3, but she realized that it would have a big group of campers next to us, so she offered us to stay at the spot # 10, which was the best option! We were next to the waterfall and far away from other campers. I would definitely come back and recommend it for who wants to camp in New Jersey!

This is such a cute and cozy location. There are 4 camp sites and a B&B on the premises, along with a nice multi use trail. The host allows the use of a hose for water, but you must bring your own jug to fill up. Also, bring a toilet and portable shower if needed. Picnic table and fire ring provided and some scrap wood is available, I'd grab a couple bundles on the way there though. Best part was the rescue horses on site, our doggie Zoey loved them! Eric was very friendly and communicative as well. Don't forget to Leave it Better!!

The site was wonderful, secluded, and very peaceful. If you book the upper field, remember to bring weights for your tents and canopy, as it can get pretty windy if there is any wind in your forecast. Sky was clear on our 2nd night and it was great to watch the sunset and the stars come out. Brendan was extremely accommodating and gave us a few places to check out. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be booking here again

I loved everything about this place . We were on Site 6 which was very secluded and we had our privacy. Kathleen took her time to give us a tour around and showed us the most amazing Glamping sites she made. She was amazing and so was her son Jason who was super helpful. Wonderful property with manageable walking trails for kids to explore. We only stayed one night due to the spring rains but want to come back in the summer when the leaves are out.
Compost toilets were clean and amazingly zero odor. The artisan water was really nice to be able to wash up after meals.
Site 3 was great but there was a slight grade making a ground tent a bit awkward. Still it was a fantastic time. Space was perfect for hammocks and slack lines with lots of trees and shade from the sun.
Firewood was also amazing. Not sure but it appeared thoroughly cured. It lit right up after splitting and due to the rain we ended up only using a quarter of a full cord. Still amazing deal.
Hosts were very welcoming on arrival and instructions were clear. Hope to be back with the family soon.
