If you are interested to use the facility, you can purchase a wristband during your stay or inquire with your host prior so you can get more details about it. Guest access Guests will be able to use the whole home and lake access in the backyard. There is ample parking in front paved driveway. You will be receiving a door code the day before your travel, it is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in. * Host will require a liability waiver after booking. Our HOA requires a tenant registration form filled out and submitted a week prior to arrival ( for last minute bookings, you will need to submit this form back as soon as I send it with your confirmation). *For lake fishing: You need a fishing license to fish in any lake in PA. Security and Game commission does show up to check so make sure you are in compliance. Host will not be responsible for you ticket violation if caught. Our dock will only allow up to 1000 lbs of weight at once, about 4-6 persons and less if carrying a boat to launch. Guests will wear life vests on the dock, boats and swimming on the lake. Guests will not leave any personal belongings on the dock or leave out chairs to avoid any loss of property. Guests will not release the floating dock off the secured attachment on the shore anchor. NO ACCESS to lake Spillway: At any time, do not attempt to swim or hang out on or near the lake spillway ( located to the right of propery) This is very dangerous and is a violation of our HOA rules. Absolutely wonderful experience in the tiny A-Frame! A weekend of massive storms and lots of rain, but we still enjoyed every second. Felt decadent to be in the hot tub while it rained 😜 The AFrame and bathroom were immaculate and everything was easy to find and navigate. We were pleasantly surprised to find there was a projector in the house and access to movies and shows. The pond was beautiful, a real gem! Filled with salamanders and fish. Was way too cold to get in, but there was a paddle boat available and fishing rods. Highly recommended!! Thank you Jean for a fabulous stay!

Weekend Trip to Catskill's Le Petite Cabine

Le petite cabine is the perfect combination of civilization and simplicity. We had a rainy weekend and so enjoyed the sound of the rain on the roof, the birds and the river and that’s all the sound there was! It was incredibly private. The outdoor shower was incredibly refreshing. It is a 5 minute drive from the town of Narrowsburg which has all kinds of restaurants and shopping. There is direct riverfront access. The site is good for all seasons and the host provided wonderful instructions and recommendations which helped us enjoy our trip so much. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Weekend Trip to Tiny A-Frame W/ Heat/AC & Hot Tub

This was the perfect cozy spot for a getaway. I only stayed one night and regretted not having a second night booked. I was able to relax after a long hike, and the owner was responsive and so sweet by offering me a late checkout. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to return!
