The property is home to Joshua trees, desert mountain views, beautiful sunsets, and some of the best star gazing around. The bed is about a full size bed, maybe a bit smaller, cozy for two people to sleep in. My place is very unique if you are looking for a different place to stay other than an RV park. This retro RV was awesome! There is definitely a reason that this is the top hipcamp in Nevada. Heather measured the camper for us before we came to make sure our baby pack-n-play would fit. The view was awesome and the porch was a great place to spend the evening. The water in the outdoor shower was the perfect temp. Would come again.

Quiet and well fenced in secluded part of town just an hour from Vegas with beautiful view of the stars. We even had a small grill in addition to the camp fire hit. The path to the bathroom was a bit far but well lit. The hot water was the main reason we picked this spot. We would totally come here again if we have the chance.

This campsite was perfect for a stop in our trip with a little more amenities after a few nights of primitive camping. We really appreciated Irma checking in with us when we arrived and her husband came out to greet us and turn off the barn light as well as offer us water and electricity. I personally went for the views of the night sky, but found the views gorgeous 360° at all hours! Especially as the sun began to go down, the shadows gave a different perspective on the mountains. This was a last min booking for a quick overnight to regear and power up devices. The property and site as well as communication with the hosts was super easy. Carlos was on site to help with anything I needed. The property was close to town but private and on a quiet street. I loved the sound of the working rescue farm. The shower and bathroom were really clean and the water was hot. This is my new favorite spot in Nevada.

What an incredible experience! My husband, fur baby, and I had such a fun time visiting all the animals on the property❤️ Elvis the donkey was definitely a highlight of the trip. Like a giant puppy!🥰 The random visits all through the day and night by the friendly farm dogs and a nice hot outdoor shower under the beautiful stars were the cherry on top. 10/10 experience

1 night at The Alchemist

Late night arrival and early morning departure. Easy in and out with good instructions. We were tent campers, the spot was nice, peaceful and spacious. No complaints, I'd stay here again.
