We live on 10 acres of mixed forest and field. In the summer we have an active blacksmithing school and flower farm here. 4 tent/small camper sites nestled in a wooded yard at the South East corner of the charming little town of Hungry Horse. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive from Glacier National Park. You’ll be nestled into the canyon that leads directly to the park. Feel cozy and comfortable in our scenic little side yard. Sites are small but allow plenty of space for smaller campers, vehicles, tents and all sites include a picnic table and access to a water hydrant! We do allow pets as well! An ideal location for those looking to explore all the Flathead Valley has to offer.
The 1.25 acre yard is on the end of a normally quiet street. The spots are plenty shady and cool given all of the tree coverage in the yard. Spots are all fairly flat and the perfect sizes for a group of tents or a small camper and some vehicles. Between sites 2 and 3 are hammocks set up for guests to use. There is a playground near by across the street at the old school for kids to enjoy.
***At this time, THERE ARE NO TOILETS so campers must be self contained. Due to previous reviews, we are trying to make this even more clear. We expect to have a port-a-potty set up by summer 2026. We do now have hydrants for clean, potable water!!! We are working on getting more amenities to these sites in the near future.
We do allow pets at this time but they must be leashed and looked after responsibly. There are other pets at this property as well as at surrounding neighbor's homes so please exercise caution and make sure pets are well behaved and polite guests. Thank you!

The town of Big Fork is only 45 minutes away and is a must-see. This town has an old-west feel with great shops, restaurants, a live theater, and an old iron bridge over the river.
Glacier National Park is an hour and twenty minutes away.
The driveway up to the orchard is made of gravel and is a bit steep at the beginning, At times there can be a few ruts so be cautious. Most standard passenger cars can make it up the driveway with no problem. Due to campers having trouble navigating the driveway with trailers we no longer allow trailers or RV's over 22 feet. Lowered vehicles are not recommended.

Also can provide guest stalls and pens for large animals like horses, or mules, fenced in area and I can provide water and shelter but you must bring your own feed for your animals
I can also provide fire wood for additional cost or I do have some wood you can cut up for fire wood
ATTENTION: please be aware if you bring dogs that you are staying on a farm, there are wild rabbits, chickens and cats that free roam the property, you must keep your dogs contained. Your dog must be kept in a secure place and not be allowed to run around freely unattended or keep them close to your party, if any property damage or animal lose is due to your dog you will incur more fees
I also do have a small play structures for kids to play on.
This is a private land of fun and peace, so if you want lots of land and space to stretch your legs and bring your toys (off road vehicles) and boats or animals to ride and and stay 5 mins from the lake to swim, 1 hour from the National Park and get away from the crowed camp grounds, this is your place

4 tent/small camper sites nestled in a wooded yard at the South East corner of the charming little town of Hungry Horse. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive from Glacier National Park. You’ll be nestled into the canyon that leads directly to the park. Feel cozy and comfortable in our scenic little side yard. Sites are small but allow plenty of space for smaller campers, vehicles, tents and all sites include a picnic table and access to a water hydrant! We do allow pets as well! An ideal location for those looking to explore all the Flathead Valley has to offer.
The 1.25 acre yard is on the end of a normally quiet street. The spots are plenty shady and cool given all of the tree coverage in the yard. Spots are all fairly flat and the perfect sizes for a group of tents or a small camper and some vehicles. Between sites 2 and 3 are hammocks set up for guests to use. There is a playground near by across the street at the old school for kids to enjoy.
***At this time, THERE ARE NO TOILETS so campers must be self contained. Due to previous reviews, we are trying to make this even more clear. We expect to have a port-a-potty set up by summer 2026. We do now have hydrants for clean, potable water!!! We are working on getting more amenities to these sites in the near future.
We do allow pets at this time but they must be leashed and looked after responsibly. There are other pets at this property as well as at surrounding neighbor's homes so please exercise caution and make sure pets are well behaved and polite guests. Thank you!

The town of Big Fork is only 45 minutes away and is a must-see. This town has an old-west feel with great shops, restaurants, a live theater, and an old iron bridge over the river.
Glacier National Park is an hour and twenty minutes away.
The driveway up to the orchard is made of gravel and is a bit steep at the beginning, At times there can be a few ruts so be cautious. Most standard passenger cars can make it up the driveway with no problem. Due to campers having trouble navigating the driveway with trailers we no longer allow trailers or RV's over 22 feet. Lowered vehicles are not recommended.

The lot is easy to navigate. Water, showers, ports potty all close. Backdrop of the base of a mountain was gorgeous at sunset! Pam was very helpful and flexible. A whole group of campers next to me have come three years in a row! They love her and the spot as well. Close to West Glacier national park exit.. maybe 30 min away?
Her advice was to get up super early and get to the park before 6 am to get a parking spot, and then hike. She was right! Had great recommendations for food as well. I would stay again.

Pam is the best! Her property is a piece of paradise! We stayed here on two different nights. Her land is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the west entrance to GNP. We stayed at site 1 which was large and had a beautiful view of the field and mountain. The porta potty was super clean and the hot shower was wonderful after a long week of traveling. The community firepit was great and we got to meet some other travellers. I would highly recommend Pam's camp and would love to stay here again!

Camping at Pam’s property was a great experience. Camping area includes 4 basic tent sites, communal fire pit, porta-potty, water spigots, and hot shower. Pam was super welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Sites are pretty close together so it’s a more enjoyable experience if you’re ready to chat with your camp neighbors, which we did a found it added to the experience. Overall quiet area, the only noise issue was a neighbor dog barking at night. Great location to access Glacier National Park, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Whitefish, and Flathead Lake.
