This hard sided campsite hosts a Remodeled Dry cabin with Power and Queen-Double bunk bed, dining table with chairs and a covered porch. The Second Living Unit is a well kept 2018, Jayco travel trailer with slide-out that sleeps 4 comfortably (up to 6), and has full utilities (water/power/sewer) and includes A/C, 3 burner range, microwave, bathroom with standup shower (5 gallon RV water heater), outdoor shower, private master with RV Queen mattress. The rear living setup allows for a large living/dining/kitchen area. The futon folds down into a full bed, and the dinette drops into a double futon 4” pad for extra campers or sleeping separately. This private parcel shares a forest service boundary on one side, and is adjacent the road on the other, but the cabin and RV are set as close to the FS boundary as possible and there is a large, 1 acre clearing with plenty of additional parking areas. Enjoy the forest service access and nearby Jim Creek with public access just across the bridge. Check out the pair of nesting Common Loons at Peck Lake. Get out of the tent and enjoy a cozy night inside. Outdoor string lighting and an adjacent forest service campfire ring makes your evenings something to remember. Minutes to other local trailheads and public land and water way access. Notes: There is plenty of additional parking, but no additional RV hookups. Tent camping is not recommended at this site, nor is outdoor cooking since there is a high density of bears in the area, but campers are welcome to stay and there is room inside the dry cabin for your gear! We stayed in both cabins and they were excellent! Felt like true lake cabins, no frills and fanciness. Also the lakefront access was amazing! Dock and beach access for the day and a beautiful fire pit at night. Would highly recommend!

We stayed two nights in one of the cabins. This is a great place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park. The cabin is small, but not overly so. The air conditioning is a fantastic addition. The mini fridge works well and makes the experience much better. There isn’t any seating, other than the beds, so bring chairs. And that’s not a criticism, the cabin is exactly what is needed and nothing more. We enjoyed the amenities in the office area (lounge, showers, microwave, and coffee maker). I highly recommend North American Park for anyone visiting the park.

We really enjoyed our time here! We stayed a night as part of our honeymoon traveling through Montana. It is very peaceful and quiet, beautiful surroundings with the mountains and creek, and the animals are really sweet and fun to be around. The bed is super comfy and cozy and we slept so well in the A frame. The camper with the shower is really cool and the hot shower was a very nice treat. It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with Geof. Would love to stay here again some day!

Shilo was great and the room and the property were fantastic. We stayed in the Mrs Judy cabin and it was clean, charming and comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were in a nearby building and were very clean and looked like newer builds. There are lovely landscaping details throughout the property, and a couple friendly dogs that came by to say hello. Our stay here was an oasis in between days of minimal Glacier National park camping. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were warmly welcomed by Geof when we arrived. We camped by the river, which lulled us to sleep every night. The bed was comfy and large. I get cold easily and was concerned that the A frame would be too cold in the middle of the night. My husband and I slept like a baby and I was not cold at all. The outhouse was near by. I learned that pouring bark in the toilet will keep the odor down. There was a converted a small trailer into the cutest shower and dressing area. Only had an issue with controlling the hot and cold water but all else was great. Their dogs are well behaved, love to play catch. One pup in particular was clearly playing hide and seek. He would bring the ball or stick and then run to hide behind a near by bench and would peer through the slats until I threw the ball or stick. He would appear and go after it and do the same. None of the dogs jumped on us or were pushy about playing. It was devastating to hear that a guest ran over and killed one of these precious members of the family. Please be careful when you drive onto the property. Pets are part of a family and are loved just as well. Please be cautious.

This is a splendid creekside paradise, an incredibly special place. The location is unbeatable. The flowing creek, the cabin, animals, birds, tranquility, and welcoming hospitality of the hosts is incredible. The cabin is so clean, bed is comfortable, fire pit and chairs and all the thoughtful touches made it feel heavenly. The camper trailer shower is amazing and they have the cleanest portable toilet I’ve ever been in, and my goodness the animals were so friendly and adorable! This is the spot for the best camping/glamping experience. You will love staying here. Highly recommend.
