The lodge is open 7a-11a and 5p-8p Tuesday thru Saturday. On site staff may be reached thru Hipcamp messaging.
Rich with wildlife you can see deer, moose, ducks, beavers, various bird species, as well as hummingbirds that are here to welcome you.
Even the occasional bear or moose sighting.
The sunset and sunrises are breathtaking.
We invite you to come and explore Glacier's pristine forests, alpine meadows, rugged mountains, and spectacular lakes. With over 700 miles of trails, Glacier National Park is a paradise for adventurous visitors seeking wilderness and solitude. It's a real home away from home Glacier Base Camp.
The property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
We are in bear and wildlife country. Be aware, store food items away from tents, keep sites free from debris. Extinguish camp fires when not in use.

If you are looking for quietude, this is your spot! Twenty acres situated minutes from lakes, rivers and US Forest Service land. Partly forested and partly pasture land, we boast Aspen, Fir, Spruce and Pine trees. Wildlife that commonly pass through include coyote, elk, deer and badger. If you are looking for quietude, this is your spot! Twenty acres situated minutes from lakes, rivers and US Forest Service land. We stayed two nights in one of the cabins. This is a great place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park. The cabin is small, but not overly so. The air conditioning is a fantastic addition. The mini fridge works well and makes the experience much better. There isn’t any seating, other than the beds, so bring chairs. And that’s not a criticism, the cabin is exactly what is needed and nothing more. We enjoyed the amenities in the office area (lounge, showers, microwave, and coffee maker). I highly recommend North American Park for anyone visiting the park.

Shilo was great and the room and the property were fantastic. We stayed in the Mrs Judy cabin and it was clean, charming and comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were in a nearby building and were very clean and looked like newer builds. There are lovely landscaping details throughout the property, and a couple friendly dogs that came by to say hello. Our stay here was an oasis in between days of minimal Glacier National park camping. Highly recommended.
