If new to the area and interested in history, we recommend the Tour Train. We also have several great breweries - our favorites include Ten Mile and Blackfoot Breweries (a perfect stop you can ride to after a trail ride/hike in the South Hills).
This site is perfect for those wanting to explore Downtown Helena, it's renowned trail systems, but still sleep under the stars.
Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them. There is water throughout the property that you are welcome to use for cleaning, but it is not potable.

This 53 acres use to be owned by a guy named John Helberg which is who the road is named after. It’s the original homestead land dated over 100 years ago where they farmed for there dairy cows and other livestock.
This is right off a dead end road. You will have a view of a Montana farm field with the Rocky Mountains in the background. Dark nights out of the town means the stars will be out and about! This is a quiet secluded area there is a house near by, he is an older gentlemen you won’t even know he’s there.
Depending on time of year there will be a field full of crop or the farm getting farmed. There very well could be some horses near by to pet!! Located 10 minutes from the lakes. 5 minutes from a reservoir. 10 minutes from town. 15 min to closest hiking areas. Helena really is the heart of fun very centralized for all directions of fun! Very easy pull in and pull out area. Please not there may be other campers enjoying as well

We live on the property year-round, so you're never staying somewhere unattended. Please text or call anytime and we typically respond within the hour. Good cell signal throughout, clear directions to each site, and we're always around if you need anything.
Four sites to choose from, each with its own personality. We have one site with electricity, and three dry camping site. Hauser Lake is a short drive away for fishing and boating, and Helena's shops and restaurants are close enough for a supply run without losing that "middle of nowhere" feeling.

We had an amazing time and the host were exceptional. The camp ground was extremely well kept. They had a recreation room, a full community kitchen, Coffee in the morning, lounging in the river, and great information about the surrounding area. This would be a great place to stay if you like to hunt or fish in the area come winter with resources nearby. It was also a great area for rock hounding for those that want to play in the dirt nearby. We would highly recommend this place to any of our closest friends.

Staying at the Ringing rocks RV site was WAY better than staying in a jam packed "campground". Todd and Melanie were communicative and friendly and we are so grateful to have had a place to stay that was close to the freeway yet peaceful and chill on our multi day cross country journey. Though we didn't use the firepit (too tired!) it was a nice touch and the chairs and picnic table were very nice to have. We got lucky and no one was on either side of us, and we eyed up the cabins on our way out - might give those a try next time.

We loved Boulder Creek Lodge! The campgrounds are beautiful, and we wished we could have stayed longer. You're nestled between hills of trees and a river, not too far from the town. The site had electric and water hookups, and grey water disposal. There are tent sites neighboring the river. I was able to walk my dog along the walking trail and by the river. And it was all really well kept; the campgrounds and bathrooms were clean. The customer service was very helpful, and made us feel very welcome and safe. We got a list of places to try and a local newspaper. If you like meat, I recommend getting the homemade burritos from them! We'd love to come back and spend more time. We'd definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a beautiful time at this rv park! The golf course is right behind it so we got to watch people tee off. There is a super long, beautiful paved walking/biking path that runs for miles right behind the park as well. The bathrooms are spotless with ample room along with the showers.
