Six level acres in western St. Charles County. Typical evening and night is very quiet. I have approximately 500’ of frontage on Indian Camp Creek with access to a private and secluded gravel bar. Kayaking activities are available without shuttle service. Indian Camp Creek County Park is less than 4 miles away offering mountain biking trails, hiking trails, equestrian trails, picnic pavilions, and Frisbee golf. Incline Village Golf Course is less than 1/2 mile away. Cedar Lake Winery is about a 15 minute drive. I keep a walking path mowed around the perimeter of my property so the weary traveler can stretch their legs after a long day of travel.

We do our best to allow 1 reservation to stay on site at a time. If only 1 site is requested the others are then blocked to allow guests privacy during their stay. If another person requests to stay and it is booked, we will check with the current reservation for approval. We also allow groups to book and camp together if needed (use both rv pads, or tent camp).
We do offer 50amp and 30amp power options (2 different RV parking sites).
Some people have commented that our driveway entrance seems narrow for larger rigs (Class A's and 5th wheels). We've had 53' long rigs (5th wheels)and 45' (Class A's) pull in and get parked with no issues. You will need to be able to back into a spot for either 50a or 30a service. We do have additional parking available for extra vehicles.
If you have a tow vehicle/toad, you will need to detach prior to arrival. There are 2 trucks stops less than 5 miles away (TA and Pilot) or there is a park with a large parking area off of David Hoekel Parkway you can utilize.
We do offer 20amp power and extension cord for tent campers (either in our tent or can be used in your own tent.
Free cold showers available.
A bundle of firewood is now included for use in provided fire pits in needed/requested.
Outdoor Hot showers available at a charge of $5/person. This includes the use of propane and a portable hot water heater.
Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

We are 5 miles from Wentzville which offers a Walmart, Target, Sams Club, Lowes, Home Depot, multiple grocery stores, Rural King, Charlies and multiple restaurants.
We have a stocked pond with catfish, bluegill, sunfish, largemouth bass, black crappie, carp and turtles. There is a Windmill that aerates the pond (do not climb on it). You can fish the pond must practice CPR (catch photo release). Or you can feed the pond fish & feed out chickens. We will provide the fish food and chicken treats.
There is plenty of wildlife (deer, fox, raccoons, armadillo's, birds, etc.). Deer will walk by the pond and driveway a couple of times a day. We also have a group of free-range chickens and French guineas (eggs may be available during your stay). There are bike trails in the area, paved roads you can ride on to explore, wineries nearby, a petting zoo and pumpkin patch.

Great camping spot, easy to find, felt secluded but great facilities in close range. Hosts provided carts to help ferry equipment to the site so the walk from the car was easy.
It was a pretty wet weekend so the walk to the car was a little slippery but overall we loved our stay!

Good overnight stop. It is in a small town commercial area so not a wooded wonderful camping area but quiet overnight and felt safe with all the stuff around. Noticed the dg market around the corner when we left. We would stay again if passing through at stopping time.

In the morning we walked the stock pond with out dogs! Its such a beautiful property! Very easy to navigate, plus the host we're super helpful. They even left me some eggs and water at the site since we planned to get in late. There was a good source of water for the RV as well as two different power boxes. If you wanted they had lots of tent sites too.

If I could give Double Hearts Ranch more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We took the family out for a tent camping trip, and it exceeded every single expectation. From the moment we set up camp under the wide-open skies, we knew we’d found a true hidden gem.
What makes this place world-class, though, is Tom and Tamitha. Calling them "great hosts" doesn't do it justice—their hospitality is next-level. When our camp fan broke in the middle of our stay, they went completely out of their way to bring us a fresh fan and an extension cord so we’d stay comfortable. On top of that, they treated us to fresh farm eggs and delicious, fresh-picked blackberries! You just don't find that kind of genuine care and kindness anywhere else.
A few highlights from our stay:
* Unmatched Hospitality: Tom and Tamitha make you feel like family. Their thoughtfulness turned what could have been a hot, stressful night with a broken fan into one of our favorite memories.
* Fresh Farm Goodies: Enjoying fresh eggs and sweet blackberries right at our campsite was such a special, unforgettable touch.
* Perfect Family Atmosphere: The grounds are gorgeous, amazingly kept, and ideal for tent camping. It’s quiet, peaceful, safe for the kids, and gives you that real, authentic farm-ranch feel while still being close to the lake.

This is hands down one of the most incredible campgrounds we have visited. We loved our stay and cannot wait to plan our next visit. It was close enough to civilization that we didn’t feel completely lost but far enough away that the week held magic and wonder. The kids all loved exploring and playing. super Clean bathrooms and showers. The only problem we had was we needed more time we didn’t get to see all we wanted to!

Wow what a beautiful place! Katie and her family were so welcoming and helpful. The bathroom was clean and cool. The lake was lovely and fun. The sky views, 10/10! There was even a lil tarp over our camping spot’s firewood to keep it dry for guests (so thoughtful). My friends and I enjoyed our stay~ our only problem was that we couldn’t stay longer because we had to go back to work Monday - UGH!

The place was quiet and peaceful well away from the crowds. I pitched my tent and absolutely SLEPT LIKE A ROCK. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well cared for.
My only complaint, and it's not their fault, is this place is deep into mosquitoes and tick central. In the heat of summer you are what's for dinner. In the cooler months closer to deer season things should be perfect here.
