Short drive to Lebanon (all amenities), Bennett Spring State Park, and Springfield. 1.5 hours to Branson, Table Rock Lake, and other state parks. We recommend earplugs if that sound bothers you. 4) During heavy rain, there is a seasonal creek leading to the back of the property that can be difficult to pass without a 4X4. If you aren't driving a 4x4, park closer to the house on the gravel driveway. 5) There is a walking trail around the perimeter of the property.

We are a small hobby farm with a dog, chickens, a small fruit orchard, vineyard, and garden!! On the north end of the property we created a playground with a jungle gym, swings, trampoline, playhouses, outside polyjohn/toilet, and a 16' pool. Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat. Ask me about adding a boat slip to your reservation or about getting a discount for a long-term stay. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

Great location. We love this place but this is the first time we had any issues. The site next to us was empty and some people decided to use the fire pit and site to park and drink for each evening. It wasn't too much of a problem but we had to run the fan in our bedroom to block out the noise and conversation. Other than that it is still beautiful.

We loved staying here! Claire and Myke are so nice and their property feels private. The bed was comfy and our space was warm. We loved watching the goats and liked have the dogs near- they are very well-behaved. We’ll be back again soon!

Luke was super fast in responding and very friendly when we got there. Be aware that you are in his backyard in town. But he had a tall fence around it and a pretty, central fire area. We would absolutely stay there again!

This was my second trip to B Berry Farms and I enjoyed it as much this time as I did the first time. The farm is peaceful and it was easy to relax and as a remote worker that is important to me. Thanks to Teresa and crew for providing such a great stay!

Clean, private, and spacious. The host was great and accommodating, the property and views were beautiful, and there was even some wildlife. Note that the ground is quite rocky when hammering in stakes. You do hear animals at night (coyotes, dogs, and a rooster) and planes fly overhead (I guess the site is near an airport), but I slept well with earplugs. I had good mobile service in some spots.

4 nights at Lakefront- 16 Miles from Branson!

This site is nice. It does have a lake view, but if you have a traditional camper you will be facing a privacy fence when you first exit as there is another camping site in front of it. When we first arrived the 110 hook up for the electricity was not working. We were easily able to contact Matt and Laura, and they sent their handyman, Gary, within the hour. We were able to communicate with Gary prior to his arrival and deduced the breakers were bad. Gary was unable to secure new ones, and they had to be ordered, however, he did get an adapter for the other hookup, and we were able to have electricity for our entire stay. Everything went very smoothly and was handled very professionally. We would definitely stay at this site again.

This was out second time staying at this spot and it is very nice. Located on the lake. Everything worked well, site is nicely graveled and easy to enter/exit with a camper. The only thing that was a little bit different this time than last summer was that there were quite a few non leashed dogs roaming around. One continually tried to get into the trash can. They did not seem aggressive at all, but having small grandchildren running around made me a little bit nervous at times.

Teresa was a wonderful host for our weekend. We arrived a little later (10:30pm) than planned and it was no issue. My kids enjoyed playing and exploring the property. The camp site was perfect, and the baked goods were very delicious. We will come back again!

This farm is EXCEPTIONAL. Teresa accommodated everything we asked for and then some! Perfect for our kids, they loved it. The sounds were peaceful, the land is gorgeous! The trails were beautiful. You can tell they put so much work into it. From the flowerbeds to the handmade signs. It’s truly a place you’ll never want to leave. The homemade food was the best baked good I’ve had in my entire life. ✨10/10 RECOMMEND . ✨

Weekend Trip to River Bluff Woods

We loved it. A quiet pocket of woods that feels worlds away. The campsite is old-school and unfussy—just everything you need :) —it’s thoughtfully stocked and surprisingly cozy. We went during late summer and the trees produce a flood of green, and companioned by the nearby river, it was all entirely refreshing. We loved the privacy, the walkways, a home for a fire & a canoe at the ready. If you want seclusion with a touch of trust and care, this spot is a pure woodland balm.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! The bunkhouse is cozy and the hosts provide many thoughtful amenities. The property is lovely and we'll maintained. We had fun exploring! Close enough to Springfield to enjoy activities, then retreat away from the city.
