Micro, semi-off-grid long-term homestead plots. Each plot is a minimum of 40’ × 100’, perfect for your garden or chickens. There is ample room for multiple vehicles or to park your bass boat. This is a long-term arrangement, but don’t plan on collecting a ton of “resources” here. Plots must be kept clean and tidy, following all rules for a comfortable stay. Each guest will have access to a 50-amp RV hookup, well water at the main house, and 24-hour access to our rustic, compost-style outhouse. Trash collection is available on-site. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. No hunting is allowed. The property features many walking trails and connects directly to the Mark Twain National Forest. Excellent roads for walking, jogging, or biking are nearby, and great fishing and kayaking are less than 30 minutes away.Park your RV on our site.
