Get cozy in this rustic space. With a woodburning hot tub, this is a perfect spot to rest and recover after a day of hiking, canoeing, climbing. Kitchen, shower, composting toilet, deck, comfy linens and firepits bring you back to yourself! This tiny home is on 4 acres that is close to town but secluded by woods and nature. The house utilizes a composting toilet and greywater systems, emphasizing sustainability. We designed this as a place to unplug, so don't have WiFi, a microwave or a TV. The water is set to HOT, and we have it set there because the hot water heater is a travel trailer size, so it only puts out a small amount of hot water. Please don't burn your hands washing them! Also feel free to turn it down if you need to, it is right under the kitchen sink. We recommend expecting a quick shower or turning the water off and on to soak your hair if you need to wash it and then lathering up. If the house is smelling bad in the bathroom, that is not normal and we will come and fix it.

Peace and tranquil vibes resonate from the property, you feel before you even enter the gate. Each meditation spot in the trail is numbered with a laminated Meditation guide relative to that spot, leading you through that points concentration. Beautiful topography, very clean environment, even the most important meditation spot, the latrine, is beautiful with a compost toilet. Let your Spirit breath the Ozarks. Heidi and Tom will family you up, while Smoke and Gus, the dogs, peer serenely into your soul.

This site currently has a shade cover and camp chair, generously donated by a previous camper. There's still plenty of room for a large tent.

We absolutely loved camping here!! This place is magical! Heidi is amazing, the land is so beautiful and everything was so clean. I absolutely loved the dogs roaming around and how the walkways on the meditation trail were covered with moss!! Definitely will stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Open-air Meditation Sanctuary

Perfect place to watch the sunset and view a starry sky. Plenty of firewood for the fire pits due to the generous and kind stewards of this amazing space. It's relatively quiet, even with other guests dotted around nearby. The privacy of landscape and bamboo thatch is thoughtfully done and makes you feel safely secluded . They really understand community living and the conscientiousness shows even with their hot tub setup. I would say that it's trauma-conscious because the guest instructions show intention they built in lights and strategic plantings and fencing making sure that privacy was a main feature. A safe container to rest, restore, and commune with nature. Sacred land that's well tended and naturally enhanced with the meditation path.

We loved the space #24, beautiful view behind us and a good size. Staff were friendly and pool was nice. They provided pool floats and had a hot tub as well. There is a new dog park and they are working on a new walking/biking path. Bath house and laundry provided. There is a trolley stop on site.

Weekend Trip to Secluded Airstream Retreat

We enjoyed our stay on Hally’s family farm. The airstream is really cute. The hot tub is a good touch and the covered deck was great during a storm while also providing shade in the sun. The bed was and comfy and we had pretty much everything we needed. There were a couple hiccups but Hally was very responsive. The airstream is located about 30 minutes to Branson and we enjoyed going to table rock lake to swim.

Great time! Heidi was very kind and helped me to my campsite. The land is beautiful and enchanting. I highly recommend staying here. It has a good mix of being wild, while still having some amenities. (Outdoor shower was great). I’ll be back!

Weekend Trip to Dally Ridge Ranch

The barnabus was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and super charming. The hosts were kind, responsive, and very helpful. We loved the hot tub, firepit, and portable BBQ—perfect for two. Great view from the patio, and if you love animals, this place is a bonus. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Secluded Airstream Retreat

Halley really has something special here. We were really impressed by the entire property; it was hilly, forested, covered in wildflowers, and overall just beautiful. The airstream itself was very well organized and decorated, we felt so cozy the entire weekend, especially since there was so much rain! The view from the trailer was amazing, we were treated to cows grazing and calves playing throughout our stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were communicative, the bed was comfy and who doesn't love an evening hot tub session. Easily a 5 star stay. We will be back!

We had such a great experience at the Rt. 62 campground. We stayed in the Bungalow cabin with our dogs. The grounds were lovely with a lot of different activities. The jacuzzi tub was a fun addition. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!

What an awesome Hipcamp stay! The Airstream was clean and stocked with all the essentials, even quality toilet paper! We loved getting to have our doggo with us and appreciated the hot tub after longs days of hiking at Hercules Glades Wilderness. We ordered ribeyes from the ranch and highly recommend. Our city kids got to have a great ranch experience and we are happy they got to see how hard the ranch hands work to care for the animals. The ranch dogs were a major plus! We biked around the property during down time and the views were spectacular. This is a very quiet and secluded stay, but close to hiking, stream walking, bike parks and small town restaurants which was exactly what we wanted. We would stay here again any time we are planning to be in this part of the state!

We had a great stay booking last minute when stopping by, host was great! Awesome little private area wish we had more time to hang out here, will definitely be on our list if we come back to the area! If you plan on driving to the actual campsite you’ll probably need a vehicle that can handle light off-roading, not sure a regular car would have the clearance to make it down there and it was a little tight with branches on each side. Just something to keep in mind but made it all the more fun for us!

I had an excellent stay here over the holidays! Such a great classic style motor resort. Well kept facilities and everyone was super friendly. I was amazed by the view at site 24 when I first pulled up. The views of the forest behind the resort are spectacular. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again! Thanks!
