This land has been asking to be shared. First it was swings and little things for the grandchildren and their friends. Then the Cabin by the pond began to welcome visitors. Soon the steep slope anchored a Yurt with a wrap-around deck that puts you up in the trees. Our gathering spot by the creek became a camp site. Recently the grandkids' Bunk House found its way in. Our Retreat is 10 acres, narrow, but 1/4 mile deep, stretching down a steep wooded slope to a creek - and up the other side to the top of a bluff. Camping on Ross’s land. The place was very private and peaceful. The hiking trail was great and some uphill and downhill climbs. The trail is about 0.08 of a mile so did a few rounds. The entrance is a gravel road that did not have any traffic so in the mornings I would go for a 3-4 mile run. Heard great bird calls during the day and night. Can’t wait to go back more this summer.

I spent a few days staying at this absolute gem. The space is layed out very well. The hot tub was amazing! I am so glad I chose this place for my first Hipcamp experience. Lacey has done an amaozing job on this cabin. The twinkle lights all of it create a magical ambaince even when it was raining the front porch looking over the river was so beatuiful. I will absolutely be back!!

My son and I enjoyed camping at Riverbend Campground. We stayed 2 days and found the directions easy to follow and the land was a beautiful as expected! Bathroom and shower were functional and we had a great time. The path to the river was quite steep, so be prepared if you plan to hike down to it.
