Cozy, well thought out tiny house. I felt very taken care of in the way the house was set up as if my needs were anticipated. The clasper soaking tub is a touch of luxury. The setting is beautiful. Birds, bunnies, and horses were lovely company. Definitely recommend.

Weekend Trip to Explore the Ozarks - Dockley Ranch
The farm was wonderful. Was visited by goats and an alpaca also several very friendly dogs hung out with me while stargazing. Myke and Claire are wonderful hosts! Very much appreciated the warm cabin this cold December weekend! The hilltop/hammock area has an amazing view of the night sky. So happy to have watched the 2025 Geminids from here and would totally stay out here again.

This was my second time staying at this property! Always a wonderful visit. I wouldn’t have thought it could get better than the first time but somehow it did. Claire & Myke are so kind and are excellent hosts with a beautiful property that has so many thoughtful fun details! Great for exploring!

Weekend Trip to Eminence Cottages and Camp
We stayed in the glamping tent, it was our first time ever staying in something like this. We typically either tent camp or stay in a cabin. It was a great location on the scenic byway. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do for a short weekend. The site was clean and the bed was super comfy. The night got cool so we were thankful for the heated bed. Thanks for a great stay!!

Weekend Trip to Delightful 1 bedroom peaceful tiny house
We loved every second of being at this tiny home! Melissa and Rick’s farm is so beautiful, right next to the house are horses with a very friendly horse Bubba who will come and greet you. On this property there are an assortment of animals: cows, chickens, cats, the CUTEST dogs, and friendly goats. Rick is so friendly and took my boyfriend and I on a tour and it was our favorite part of this trip, we didn’t want to leave!! Inside the Home there is a microwave, tv with dvd player, plates and cutlery, an electric skillet, clawfoot tub and a shower. There is no kitchen sink so we just used bathroom sink to do dishes, wasn’t too much of an issue. Outside is a bench perfectly located so you can enjoy the sunset, which you’re going to because they are truly magical. You can make a campfire and there is also a grill available. Was a great time and we are already talking about coming back, Melissa and Rick are amazing!!

Weekend Trip to Delightful 1 bedroom peaceful tiny house
I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place. It met every expectation and added more. The land is beautiful, with slightly rolling hills, but in those hills are about 30 different horses with a whole cascade of personalities, and about 20 cows and calves(watching the calves play is so cute, I was giggling like a maniac all weekend). Rick (Melissa’s husband) is such a great host, he has a story for every animal on his property, and you can tell that he loves being out there. Besides the cattle’s and horses, there’s a wide array of birds such as guinea fowl and peacocks, goats and chickens, some beautiful country pigeons, and even a domesticated raccoon named Captain(who has more personality than the rest of the animals combined). The retired hunting dogs that live on the property are SO excited to see a new face and to get pet, along with a few of the smallest, cutest dogs I’ve ever seen in my life. The house itself is also a treat! They provided a mini fridge, microwave, and a decent sized electric skillet for cooking, along with a coffee pot and Keurig(with coffee supplied!). There’s also a small tv with a dvd player attached, and a wide assortment of movies. The bathroom was wicked cool, my girlfriend really loved ending our second day with a good soak in the clawfoot tub, but there’s also a shower in case you get dirty from petting horses out in the field with Rick. All in all, this place was something incredible, we will 110% be back to stay in here again!!

Wonderful camp with lots of space and amenities. Beyond friendly and helpful staff, who provided free coffee and advice on area activities. We stayed in the glamping tent, which was an excellent value and very cute and comfortable. All we had to bring was our clothing. Super close to town, but tucked into the woods and very secluded looking. Loved the porch and corn hole area, as well!

2 nights at Eminence Cottages and Camp
This safari-style glamping tent was awesome! I went with my three kids on a spontaneous trip in early July (we brought an extra cot), and it turned out to be the perfect little getaway. To my surprise, the tent even had A/C, which made a huge difference in the summer heat.
The tent is located right at the front of the campground—not deep in the woods—but it’s nestled against a tree line, so it still feels peaceful and close to nature. It struck a great balance between comfort and that true camping vibe.
We didn’t pick the spot for the location, but it ended up being ideal. It’s just 20 minutes from Rocky Falls, an incredible waterfall and swimming hole, and there’s a great little burger shack just four minutes down the road.
We cooked all our meals right over the fire using our Dutch oven, and it worked perfectly with the provided fire rack—super easy and satisfying.
All in all, it was the perfect two-night escape.

A Serene Forest Getaway – Perfectly Thoughtful in Every Way Our stay at the Arbor Cabin was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a beautifully landscaped forest setting, the property was thoughtfully designed with easy-to-navigate steps and walking paths—even manageable with a sprained ankle. The directions were clear, and the drive in was smooth thanks to well-maintained paved and gravel roads.
The cabin itself is packed with amenities and hosted by incredibly kind and gracious people. They went above and beyond, offering to guide us to a nearby river access and suggesting fun activities to enjoy during our stay. The outdoor patio was a highlight—plenty of seating, cozy hanging egg chairs, and everything we needed for a perfect evening by the fire, including firewood and starters. A hammock tucked just inside the tree line offered a peaceful, shaded spot to unwind.
Inside, the cabin was beautifully decorated and intuitively organized, with everything clearly labeled and easy to find. The hosts had even prepared a special sleeping arrangement for our 6-year-old, which was such a thoughtful touch.
After a long drive, this was the perfect place to relax and celebrate my 40th birthday. Peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm—Arbor Cabin is a true gem.

The cabin was well put together, and my family loved the charm of the ranch. Having a hot outdoor shower was wonderful. Even as a family of 6, it seemed like there was plenty of extra room to move around the cabin when needed. The kids loved the experience, and the parents were more than satisfied. Our only gripe is that we didn't plan more time to explore. Next time we'll have to stay a couple days at least!

We had a wonderful stay in the glamping tent—it was the perfect mix of comfort and nature. The ambiance was peaceful and cozy, and everything was incredibly clean, from the tent itself to the bathrooms, which were some of the cleanest we’ve seen at a campground. The heated bed was a great touch, especially on the cooler nights.
The owners were very nice and super accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The campground was quiet, which made it easy to relax, and we loved meeting the friendly campground cat who wandered by to say hello.
We had no issues with cell phone service, which was a plus, and the location was close to downtown Eminence, so it was easy to pop into town for food or supplies. We’d definitely come back again!

2 nights at Peacemakers
This cabin was fully kitted out with everything I needed, including an extra quilt for the bed. Plenty of room for the things I also brought, including my sewing basket and writing tools. I used Verizon for connectivity but did notice a 2-bar wifi available. After kindly greeting me and making sure I was comfortable, Linda left me to find my own peace. I took several walks. This property has a ton of berry brambles and if you time it right, I bet you could add fresh-picked berries to your breakfast. Neighboring land offered views of dogwood blossoms - those carefree night-gowned girls of the woods running together over the hills - and plenty of squirrels and birds to view.
If you do come as a couple, the two twin beds will give you a king-equivalent and I think you will be able to make and enjoy coffee right from bed. Ha! The trundle would easily lower and tuck back under the main bed during the day. Sturdy cottage with a generous porch. Clean toilet.
This home is off the beaten path and has no google-mapped address but is one of several small farms. Roosters kept in touch with each other! And horses in the next farm over.
All in all a great place to land if you are exploring the area or need to retreat for a bit.

Wow! I can’t say enough good about this place. My fiancé and I rented the whole campground for our joint bachelorette/bachelor party. The grounds are beautiful and it has a fantastic view of the hillside. Both the cabins are cute and cozy with water and coffee inside. The outdoor kitchens are great for a large group. Plenty of outlets around and lots of grills as well. We did the outdoor movie the first night which was super fun and I highly recommend! We got to feed and pet the goats who were so cute. The hike to the falls is well marked and the falls are very pretty. Claire and Myke are attentive and fun loving and I am so happy I booked this place for our party. All of my friends had the best time and can’t stop talking about how we want to come back!

It was a great retreat for one person. The trail through the woods was well cleared and I enjoyed several walks. Linda and Ron are kind and good hosts. The wifi didn't work well enough for my laptop to connect, but I did have service on my phone via Verizon data. The cabin has both heating and cooling and is well thought out. There are plenty of trees to bring a hammock.
