A 1985 Avion 325 travel trailer in all-original, excellent condition — parked at Bent Tree Farm with a view of the private pond. Think Airstream, but more rare, and exclusive. Handmade luxury via 1985. It's like stepping into your grandparents lux RV! The Avion is the real thing: warm wood cabinetry throughout, a full bedroom with a comfortable bed, a working kitchen galley, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Original and intact — not a restoration project, not a staged prop. Just a beautifully preserved piece of American travel history sitting in the Ozark timber. Power via onboard systems. Fresh water pre-filled from the farm well. Hammocks, swings, and the sandy beach are steps away. The pond is right there. At night, the stars are extraordinary. No light pollution, so nature really gets a chance to show out! Best for: couples or solo travelers who want an authentic vintage glamping experience without sacrificing comfort — or who just know what an Avion is and want to sleep in one.

A fully private 4-person apartment inside Bent Tree Farm's 40x80 farm shop — with its own entrance, so you never interact with the main residence or other guests. Inside: comfortable beds for four, a full bathroom with shower, in-unit laundry, and a complete kitchen. Wi-Fi available. Parking directly adjacent. Step outside and you're 50 yards from the pond. The trails start at the door. A 350-yard private shooting range sits on the property. This isn't a hotel room in the woods — it's a real working farm, and you get a private corner of it entirely to yourself. Best for: groups of 2–4 wanting a comfortable base for fishing, hiking, shooting, wildlife watching, or simply disconnecting from everything.
