We had an amazing stay at Damen and Robin's campground. They were super friendly and you can tell they care a ton about giving guests an awesome stay. We had so much fun exploring their land and will definitely be back

Great location for a quick stop on my way through. Angela was very friendly and quickly responded to all my questions. I was expecting full hookups but didn’t see a sewer connection. Wasn’t a big deal for a quick stay. I would recommend this place!

This was the perfect campsite!!! It was very quiet and private and the perfect location. The picnic table and included water jug was an amazing addition and made our stay even more enjoyable. We had the best time camping here.

Camping here was great. There is plenty of room for tents and towables. The view of the James River is fantastic along with the floating deck you can relax on. Mr. Greg was very nice and courteous, and non-intrusive. The road there can get a little muddy, if it's wet you'll probably want to use 4wd to not tear up the road.

Luke the Host is a great guy...very accommodating, he comes around to visit and to get to know each visitor. Porta Jon was clean and user friendly for distance to and from camp site locations. Arlo (his dog) is the best greeter. Nice fire pit area. Great privacy fence all the way around the property so it was nice to not have lookie loos. We will be back to visit Luke and his family in the future!

We loved the Bentonville area and 1 Off 13. Convenient for what we were targeting in the area and especially close to MTB trails in Rogers. Peaceful and quiet farm area yet close to services and Bentonville proper. Our hosts were amazing offering help and security (springtime protection from storms) and accommodated some curve balls we threw at them. They are RV people so they handled everything with ease and would definitely stay there on our next visit to the Bentonville area.

This place is AMAZING!! I almost don’t want to leave a great review because it will become discovered and change in character. The location is gorgeous, Damon, the host, is sooo friendly, informative and communicative, and the added touches make it special. There’s an outdoor shower with HOT water, sinks with running water, a school bus with tons of local maps and info and charging outlets, a communal fire pit with firewood, ETC! Guaranteed you will love it here!

Beautiful location in one of our favorite spots. Reminds me of the throwback to the '50s when the beach resorts were a family vacation spot. Close enough to Branson to be able to easily get to all the attractions and shopping get far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle.

We really enjoyed our stay. We forgot our coffee pot and Alana had one waiting for us at the campsite. The tent was set up, along with what my daughter called the “dookie closet” with a camp toilet. They had horseshoes and the game with a pvc ladder and golf balls on strings. It was a cool set up. Got a visit from Mister (a dog) and he accompanied us on a little trek around the creek both nights. Alana was a breeze to communicate with and was very responsive.

Make sure not to leave anything out, not even a cooler.. They have some very cool dog’s I loved but they loved my cooler and food. 🤷‍♀️s-it happens. I was disappointed, most about all the money I spent on Oceola cheese and knew I couldn’t make it back to get more cheese. The people are so kind and made it right.. the place is beautiful. I’d love to camp there again. Please Camp there!! It’s beautiful!! It’s worth the money. Just keep your cooler in eyes view. Great people amazing beautiful place!! Such a stunning place!!! I loved playing in the cold creek. I absolutely loved the place but it just started ruff ruff 🐶. Then me and the blue Heller played ball and he got lots of belly rubs. (He didn’t eat my fancy cheese lol) such a sweetie. I would recommend!!!

Pea Ridge Bike Camp

The Pea Ridge Bike Camp has primitive campsites available for visitors to Northwest Arkansas and can accommodate tent campers, campervans, small and large campers and RVs. Even smaller Class A motorhomes (length isn't an issue but weight on a grassy field might be a concern should it rain heavily) We offer large, spacious campsites along with firepits, free firewood and large cable spool tables at each campsite. Potable water, outside sinks, an outside shower, 3 large ADA portable toilets (1 in front and 2 in back), and trash bins are centrally located to most of the areas. There is a large in-ground community firepit, a large canopy, 4 picnic tables on the property, a propane barbecue grill, a bike wash station, 2 hammocks on frames and a vintage phone booth (with phone charging capabilities, visitor information and trail maps) onsite. We are currently providing free firewood for each firepit. Flexible check in/out times. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is about 7 miles to downtown Bentonville and only 5 miles from Exit 88 and I-49. We are located n the country, yet only 1/8 mile to state highway 72. Restaurants, food trucks, groceries, banking and laundry facilities are only 2 miles away in Pea Ridge. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is located 5 miles northeast of Bentonville and most of the bike trails are on the north side of Bentonville. The gravel trails run right in front of Pea Ridge Bike Camp on Blue Jay Rd. We do offer group camping and the dispersed campsite locations are only a suggestion. We are very flexible with arrival and departure times. We will allow low-noise generators to be used, but have limited them to the dispersed sites in order to better accommodate all of our guests. * We do require you to book into a dispersed campsite in order to use a generator. ** Please let us know If you are planning to use a generator. We will try to accommodate those wishing to use them and those that do not want to be around them. Please call with any questions or concerns. We have 40 acres of woods, waterfalls, hiking, stargazing, bird watching, and sunset watching for the campers who like primitive camping. Blackberry's are available to pick in late June or early July. There are three logging trails you can hike just behind the campground. They lead to a creek you can follow for moderate hike. There are cliffs, and plenty of scenery to enjoy. We are a short drive away from Eureka Springs, Turpentine Creek(big cat sanctuary), War Eagle Cavern, and War Eagle Mill. Hobbs State National Park is close by off Scenic Highway 12, with biking, and walking trails galore! We are also close to many of the NW Arkansas mountain biking trails in the area! Access to Beaver Lake is a short drive or a long hike down the scenic rock roads. Due to the remote, and private location, we want to remind anyone consuming alcohol under the age of 21 will not be tolerated. Safety is very important to us. We are looking forward to seeing you. Float, Fish, Swim or vacation in the Ozarks. We have approximately 3 acers of the 15 we own set aside for camping. Plenty of room for two campsites on cleared, level land adjacent to the James River. Best suited for tent or small campers. We offer firewood, a port a potty, a dumpsite for holding tanks, water from our well to fill your water tank and electricity to charge devices and RV batteries at my barn. Generator rental available on a first reserve, first serve basis. Located about halfway between Springfield, MO. and Branson, MO. Nearby attractions include canoe rental, trout fishing, and mountain bike park. Please note, This campground is located in a floodplain and weather related cancellations are common. If you are camping to be close to nearby attractions or don't mind a muddy, flooded river I can let you camp on higher ground. Not quite as private but still lots of room. Fish, Fish, Fish. This river is primed for fishing. You will have to bring your own boat, or float as I don't have good river bank fishing access. I added a small floating dock last year to fish or swim off of. There is a state park boat ramp a short distance away. The steps in the photos are plenty sturdy to tie boats to overnight. This river is fishable with flat bottom jet drive boats most of the spring and early summer and floatable year round. You can float to your campsite and relax instead of waiting in line at the boat ramp. Also we are located about 13 miles from Crane Creek, A blue ribbon trout park. You can camp here and fish there.

On the north end of the property we created a playground with a jungle gym, swings, trampoline, playhouses, outside polyjohn/toilet, and a 16' pool. The pasture is quite visible from Old Route 66, nearly adjoining it. Therefore people traveling “the Mother Road” find it convenient to stay with us. Grass is the best forage for horses, especially older ones, so we take care of our pastures, making for beautiful scenery for campers, too. Plus the entire back mile is bordered by old forest. And there is a swimming hole not a half mile away. This is a quiet and private site, bordered by a neighbor's old forest on back, other neighbor's cattle pasture on side, and you're in one of the pastures used by the Horse Sanctuary. (You are camping about 1/4 mile, more or less, from our house.) We regularly see coyote, wild turkeys, deer, fireflies, and the like. We are just 1/2 mile off Old Route 66, therefore there are quirky little museums and great restaurants (for such a rural area!). Plus we are only about an hour's drive from Branson. MO. which is a known tourist attraction.

Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat. Ask me about adding a boat slip to your reservation or about getting a discount for a long-term stay. Please note, the water spigots at the RV sites can't be turned on if the outdoor temperature is below freezing. *Lake Taneycomo will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

The pavement parking is on an incline and leveling is required so you'll need leveling jacks and blocks. Only 12 scenic miles to Eureka Springs, a fun unique artsy little town where there's always something to do. Numerous bike trails in the area. Thorncrown Chapel, the glass chapel in the hills of rural Eureka Springs is a beautiful place to visit and their Sunday worship service is very nice. We are on beautiful deep clear Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas. 35 minutes from Rogers and Bentonville, AR. The White River is nearby. Famous Crystal Bridges is in Bentonville. Expect peace and quiet here, with the exception of the occasional mama cow calling to her calf. Great spot to spend the night near the junction of I-49 & I-44. Ride bicycles, kayak on the ponds, take a walk in peace. Small town of Jasper is a few miles away, with RoadHouse Grocery and Liquor store, RV dump stations on both sides of the highway, and 4 fuel stops. Lamar (birthplace of Harry S Truman) is 8 miles north. If you're traveling with horses, there is a 1-acre pen available for holding them overnight. It is 6-strand electrified high-tensile wire with a pipe swing gate and a galvanized water tank. There's also a worked arena with small pens to keep horses separate but adjacent to one another upon request. Negative Coggins required. Prairie hay small squares available for purchase. Riding is not allowed. We have 2 horses on site that are vaccinated and Coggins negative. We have friendly medium-sized dogs. Yours are welcome to run free with the pack. Expect the usual sniffing around and getting to know one another behavior.

In 2015 We became the privileged owners the Oliver family Victorian home which was built in 1900 by Charles Pierceand overlooks Clifty Creeks with its cascading falls on either side of the house. We need our over 400 acres of land Sunny Dawn Acres! We host health retreat to manage and reverse diseases such as type two diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular (heart) disease, high cholesterol and triglycerides, obesity, Irritable bowel disease, arthritis and other autoimmune diseases.
