Wooded lot available for rustic camping. Pitch a tent or bring your camper but be prepared for no water or electric. Shed, picnic table and fire pit. Dogs are welcome! You’re welcome to use the shed and any items inside. Unfortunately we are without water in our lake due to the dam failure and it will remain this way until approximately 2027. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Excelent lot. Neighbors are great and permenent residents. Safety is not a concern. A rare spot I did not lock my camper for day trips. A word of caution. The communication infrastructure is at a 2014 level at best. Raise device 11 feet to get 5 g signal. Loved the stay.Starlink

Weekend Trip to Sunshine Pond View lot 14

We camped in our hard sided pop-up at chris' private, secluded and serene property near Houghton lake for a bit of winter camping. We brought our five year old, and our two friendly pups. Our expectations were far exceeded, and Chris was an awesome host. Listing is accurate, but doesn't do the location justice. Very quiet with lots of wildlife around.
