Ted is an incredibly wonderful person. Everything about his place is wonderful and his hospitality goes above and beyond expectation. I will definitely be back and will encourage others to visit as well. You don't meet very many people like this guy, and when you do, not only do you find a great place to camp but you also find a friend as well.

I don't think we could hoped for anything more from the property as advertised. The shower ran hot, the power was easy to access, it was even easy to get more firewood delivered.
Were already planning our trip back next fall.

Had a great time here! We rented the RV on site, it was lovely and easy to set up in, and although we didn't use it having the TV with movies was a cute touch. The outdoor shower was great, and the Outhouse was well maintained. Close enough to town to get anything we needed, and nestled in the woods enough for us to find some peace. Wonderful time!

Great spot to camp while on a long motorcycle tour. Ted was prompt with his communication. His site has everything you need. Power for charging your phone, an outdoor shower, a table with a couple chairs next to a fire ring and a clean porta-potty. If you don’t feel like cooking ride into Boyne City and go to Santé. The food was excellent.

We love staying at Trail 76! Clay is a great host, very helpful and prompt in communications. His spot is really amazing - private, quiet but has all the amenities of a regular campground and it’s also close to trails and town. This was our second stay and we’ll be back for sure.
Local spots:
Breakfast at Moose and Stella’s is awesome.
Dinner at Trout Town Tavern is delicious.
Cherry Street Market is amazing for produce, baked goods, jam, plants and yard decorations.
Manistee Lake Bakery is perfect for ice cream and pizza.

Trail 76 was perfect in every way! The area was completely private & quiet. We loved the campfire set up and appreciated the extra amenities (outhouse & hot water shower). We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Clay!

Peaceful and quiet, shower, dry firewood. Felt like family after spending 4 nites. Ted and Rox were Very cordial and good company for a solo camper. Bootsie the cat was a nice surprise too, she Will sit and keep you company. Occasional zoomies for laughs. I will be back again!! 5/5

I love that it had a little bit of everything. A camper on site. Cool hang out spot in the container. The space for tents. Rv hook ups. Rustic bathroom. Even a hot water shower. Well definitely be coming back here for future trips.

This was the perfect place for me. I liked campsite 2. It felt private and had everything I needed. They also had options for sale : sodas, firewood, popsicle... The site is near a road, although it is completely quiet in the evenings. The sky was beautiful and area was very still. It's also near lots of fun things to do. I will be back again and again.

This is a great place to get away and relax. Situated in the woods the site sits up above the river offering a great view. Stairs make the walk to the river edge very easy, Camp site itself is very large with picnic table and fire pit. A real plus is the availability of electric and water. There is also a sewer connection if needed. While there are some houses in the vicinity, overall is the feeling of being by yourself in the woods. We stayed in a 30' motorhome and will definitely consider staying here again.

Super easy to find, amazing carpet of wildflowers greeted us. Fun to walk around the fields that are nicely mowed with solar lighting that lead you to the platform for stargazing. Outhouse is clean and near campsite.

We had an amazing time! It was very peaceful and had tons of woods to explore. Even saw a coyote in one of the fields.
