We are an easy 45 minutes from many beautiful beaches and Portland, Portsmouth and North Conway for an easy day outing. If you enjoy dining out, there are outstanding local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are Adult focused, which means that we will have activities such as music on weekends and wine socials. We have fiber optics wifi throughout the campground. Absolutely incredible! Would definitely book again. We got lucky enough to have the whole camp to ourselves. We brought the kayak down to the water (about a 5 min walk) and paddled around all afternoon. Little walking trails all around the property. Grill for cooking and plenty of fire wood although I did bring my own. Quiet but close enough to town. Super response host and beautiful land. Thank you for having us!

This was the perfect weekend! We had one of the best camping experiences of our lives! We enjoyed the spacious spot and gorgeous views. Fishing and paddle boarding were very fun! The road was not too busy, but the outhouse is a little bit of a walk from the site. Other than that we had no complaints and loved every minute we were there :)

What an awesome place right on the river! We made a 10 minute drive up to Lovewell pond and floated in our tubes all afternoon right back to our camp! We tent camped and brought everything we needed but had we not Erik had offerings for grilling, an outdoor sink, picnic tables etc. (Also provides the cleanest porta-john ever!) There is also a convenience store a mile and a half away. The beach area off this property was amazing, a nice shallow section leading into a deeper swimming area. The river here is all sand and completely clear of rocks/debris etc. Thank you to Erik, for sharing this beautiful land!

By far, the cleanest, most up to date, and we'll cared for campground we have tried this summer. The hosts were pleasant and friendly. They offered us drinks after our long drive. The music on Saturday night was outstanding, even though it was not my style. We had a great time. I'd recommend Pine Ridge to couples and adults as it is geared toward this crowd. Not really a "kids campground". But that's what I liked about it. Very respectful campers with smiles and a friendly hello.
