It is located along the extensive ATV road system and is completely ATV accessible. It is at the end of a 4 mile gravel road ( which can be rough at times). There is a brook on the property and maintained walking trails. During berry season there are unlimited amounts of berries to pick. This is a sanctuary for wildlife so while pets are allowed, prior permission is needed for the protection of the wildlife that lives here. Off leash pets are at your own risk and please pick up after pets when able. We share the property with moose, bear, deer, fisher cats, coyote, lynx and bobcats. We take the welfare of the wildlife on our property seriously and there is absolutely no hunting or baiting allowed. The cabin is outfitted with solar electricity which is limited but can provide lights, outlets and charging for devices There is propane heat in the camp and a portable outdoor stove camping stove top. Absolutely no candles or smoking in the cabin and all outdoor fires should be limited to the fire pit and fully extinguished after use. There is no wifi at the cabin but most people have good cell signal. There are trail cameras on the property.

We had an amazing stay at Bradly’s 700-acre property! 🌲 The campsite was private, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The clean water made it even better, and our dogs absolutely loved exploring the land. My fiancé and I couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. It was exactly what we needed. We had an absolutely amazing experience at this off grid campsite! The location was beautiful, with a peaceful river and crystal-clear water that made the setting so refreshing and relaxing. Our dogs loved it just as much as we did, running around and enjoying the wide open space. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, which really added to the whole experience. Bradly gave us awesome directions and made everything super easy to find. My fiancé and I had such a great time together here! It was exactly the kind of peaceful getaway we were hoping for. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Private site, could just see the raspberry bushes ahead. Nice site for a fire, bring a good size grate if you don’t have a grill. They left wood, there was plenty of kindling nearby in the woods as well. The farm was beautiful, very nice folk. Would stay again!

This property is very clean, well maintained and peaceful. There is easy access to numerous well marked ATV, snow mobile and hiking trails. The owners are super helpful and have thought of everything that will make the off grid camping experience a memorable one. Everyone in the surrounding area is friendly and willing to share their knowledge of the region. If you’re looking to spend a few quiet days away from it all, this is the camp to visit. Very quiet area & we never heard any other visitors or residents around us the entire stay. Expect rustic conditions, wildlife, & lots of shade. Very modern - running water from a mountain water well, lighting, propane stove & oven, a large kitchen counter, a kitchen table with four chairs, a super comfortable leather chair & ottoman, a jackknife sofa, a queen bed, & a set of bunk beds. There is also a very new wood burning stove with lots of wood. There is also a wall heater that is fueled by propane. Stocked with cutlery, service utensils, glasses, & mugs. Has a large Blackstone grill under cover. Chairs around the outside of the property. Owners supplied a large cooler. • Outdoor sink. Two large picnic tables. Typical outhouse, is very new & close to front door. State owned bathroom just a few minute drive. • Large outdoor shower with HOT water near front door. • All amenities very easy to use just follow the directions. • Mountain trails for hikes for every level of hiker with signs of wildlife. • Nearby - Produce stand called Arnold’s Farm Market nearby. • Fort Kent –Canadian Border Crossing & the Swamp Bucket restaurant. • Presque Isle - coffee shops & The Riverside Inn Restaurant. • Caribou – go to “Sleepers” for clothing & the bowling alley. Joseph and Claire are the nicest people you will ever meet. Claire greeted me at check-in and escorted me down the road to my site. She shared that there was not too much to explore in the area and I may bet bored. I informed her that I enjoyed road cycling and she offered a variety of options of varying distances. I found the surrounding towns to have plenty of activities for me. There was a wonderful hiking trail in the town of Houlton, as well as a driving range and a beautiful 9 hole golf course just a few miles away from Joseph and Claire's. I was never bored. Even when I strained my knee hiking, I caught up on reading and the latest stages of the Tour de France. :-) The family owns and operates their farmland (over 100 acres), so they are busy and depending on the season, there may be equipment moving about. I grew up close to farms, so I enjoy the sound of tractors, ATVs and the like. Make sure to take advantage of their berry picking. As a bonus, I was having problems with my electrical system and Joseph came over and was able to troubleshoot it in minutes. You can feel the strong family values the moment you meet them. Stop in and see for yourself.

This is an absolutely beautiful, quiet spot. It's a working farm with contained animals and berry and melon fields. The host, Joseph, and his children were very kind and accommodating. We were given options and chose an impressively large site behind the raspberry fields. It was in a very private, level grassy field nestled in a nice wooded area. A fire ring with wood was provided as was a large picnic table. The entire farm including the site was very clean. The toilet and water were just a short walk. 10/10 Absolutely recommend.

Plus...it is in a beautiful location atop a hill on a working farm over looking fruit bushes and a field of daisies. There were a million stars and fireflies, and yes, mosquitos too. What a beautiful property! Ashlee was a great host and answered all of my questions. She had the wood stove going, so we arrived to a nice warm cabin (and even made sure my dog had pillows to lay on!) She met us briefly to ensure we found our way to the cabin and to make sure we were comfortable operating the wood stove and power pack. I left the front porch with my skis on and had endless trails to explore. Deer, moose, and rabbit tracks all over. The stars at night were amazing. This was a perfect cozy winter getaway. Looking forward to spending a weekend here during the fall months for some hunting on nearby public lands!

Ashlee was an awesome host and the cabin was lovely. It’s little, but well organized and has everything you need. The sleeping nook is cozy. The area and trails are beautiful, especially covered in snow. We saw fresh moose tracks and scat on the trail! My dog loved staying warm by the wood stove.
