We privately maintain trails on our property that can be enjoyed by walking, snowmobiling or ATVing. We provide a privately groomed snowmobile trail to connect to the main trail system. We are located only a few miles from 3 North Maine Woods gate entrances. You can sit back and enjoy the vast starry sky, enjoy a fire, inside the woodstove or outside at the fire pit. During winter months the deer meander freely around the property.

Camper Sites were level and open, easy to get the camper in and landed. 30 Amp Power was excellent, water is provided but based on outside cold temps and low pressure, I would fill your on board freshwater tank for better results. Free firewood but bring dry kindling to start your fires with. Great Dump Station to empty your camper prior to departing. Outstanding experience if you are looking to hunt in the North Maine Woods, and you want the finer amenities with your camper rather than boondocking, please give them a look, it is worth it.

The cabin was perfect for us…had a very homey feel with everything we needed. Scenic and quiet but close to town for groceries, restaurants etc.
Hosts were wonderful with communication and suggestions for the area.

We had an amazing stay here. We were met by the owner as we pulled up and he gave us a tour and let us set up wherever it suited us. He was generous with his time and helped us as we were motorcycle camping and needed to repair a bent rim. He also owns the general store next store which is very well stocked.

This property is very clean, well maintained and peaceful. There is easy access to numerous well marked ATV, snow mobile and hiking trails. The owners are super helpful and have thought of everything that will make the off grid camping experience a memorable one. Everyone in the surrounding area is friendly and willing to share their knowledge of the region. If you’re looking to spend a few quiet days away from it all, this is the camp to visit. I’ll be back again at my first opportunity!

Very quiet area & we never heard any other visitors or residents around us the entire stay. Expect rustic conditions, wildlife, & lots of shade. Very modern - running water from a mountain water well, lighting, propane stove & oven, a large kitchen counter, a kitchen table with four chairs, a super comfortable leather chair & ottoman, a jackknife sofa, a queen bed, & a set of bunk beds. There is also a very new wood burning stove with lots of wood. There is also a wall heater that is fueled by propane. Stocked with cutlery, service utensils, glasses, & mugs. Has a large Blackstone grill under cover. Chairs around the outside of the property. Owners supplied a large cooler.
• Outdoor sink. Two large picnic tables. Typical outhouse, is very new & close to front door. State owned bathroom just a few minute drive.
• Large outdoor shower with HOT water near front door.
• All amenities very easy to use just follow the directions.
• Mountain trails for hikes for every level of hiker with signs of wildlife.
• Nearby - Produce stand called Arnold’s Farm Market nearby.
• Fort Kent –Canadian Border Crossing & the Swamp Bucket restaurant.
• Presque Isle - coffee shops & The Riverside Inn Restaurant.
• Caribou – go to “Sleepers” for clothing & the bowling alley. HUGE!

Both the river sites are lovely and private, especially the smaller of the two, which to access one had to pass by the larger. There was some earth-moving noise (excavators and dump trucks) early in the morning, but this seems to have just been bad timing on my part (planned work that I wasn’t aware of until I’d set up for the night). That said, it’s a lovely spot and a friendly and responsive host.

we camped at Junction 19 at the end of July 2025. it was a our second visit because we enjoyed it so much in August 2024. camping sites 1 and 2 are beautiful - the Fish River flows within several yards of the campsites. the views are wonderful. parking is just steps away from both. from the 2 campsites the washroom is a 4 minute walk. the washroom with toilet, sink and shower on both of our visits was very clean. the site is about 2 1/2 miles south of downtown Fort Kent which has a very nice railtrail for ATVs, biking and walking. Neither time was it crowded. very good Hannaford grocery in downtown Ft. Kent, very friendly public library with great wi-fi and good restaurants in Madewaska and St. Agatha. highly recommend Junction 19 camping; we will be back for sure.

Weekend Trip to Rugged & Re-Charged
This cabin and the surrounding land was absolutely beautiful! Unplugged and real camping without everyday luxuries is something everyone should do once in a while to eliminate all the noise. This camp was it! I would recommend 100x over! Definitely going back soon!

This spot was perfect. Private, on the river, peaceful, beautiful. Very dog and people friendly. We have a campervan and were able to fit right in. Even though we were on the river there were few mosquitoes. We were well directed to town to a great brewery with wood fired pizza. Yum! Neat area, but we were just passing through. Will stop by again if we’re in the area.
