⸻ Absolutely loved our stay here! The campsite is set in a beautiful, scenic riverside area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We arrived in Friday not knowing what to expect but was surprised when we seen the land and the room! We stayed on site 2 had plenty of room to turn around with a 38ft camper and park our truck sideways at the end. The restrooms are close by but please watch your step of a morning they are slick.

The birdsong cabin is adorable, comfortable, and clean with many small amenities that made staying there a pleasant experience. This is a glamping cabin with the bathroom just out back with a shower, sink, and toilet that was kept clean. The cabin was surprisingly private as we sat on the porch, which has 4 chairs, and watched the birds at the feeder and peeked at the river through the trees. There is a fire ring and picnic table and they supplied the first bundle of fire wood. The bed comes with linen and was comfortable. The cabin has AC and a heater. There was a microwave, coffee, coffee cups, a couple plates, paper towels, sling chairs, S&P, and some other extras. We watched Netflix at night on the smart TV and we had WIFI. I use Verizon and had a couple bars of reception. Host Amber was extremely friendly and helpful with quick responses to our questions. Things I would recommend bringing: paper plates, utensils, a water jug (there's a water spicket just outside), some dish soap and towel. We would readily stay here again!

Great host, always quick to respond to any questions. The Farms has the animals well taken care of, my son enjoy them very much. Everything very clean. We really loved it. The RV full hookups were easy to access, just you will need a converter to 50amp if you don’t have just yet. Thanks again!

Warning: Be prepared to be AMAZED by the property that surrounds the lakehouse!!! My friends and I had a WONDERFUL time! Bridgett is very sweet and personable. The house is decorated beautifully and the outdoor area is perfect for hanging out for the duration of your trip!!! The bathhouse was wonderful to have, with hot water and clean facility. The site was easy to navigate to, and our campsite was fully ready for us upon arrival, with a picnic table and fire wood. Beautiful location and lots of farm animals to be around made this a nice spot as well!

A lovely little family-owned campground situated on the Cumberland River. There is a driveway down to the river that makes for a nice walk. Amber was an excellent hostess. She was quick to respond to my messages. And, as a bonus, she is a pet groomer and squeezed my dog in for a nail trim. I definitely recommend this spot.

Please consider, Clayton Geneva is a primitive campground, gravel drives and left as natural as possible. This is not a sculpted campsite or a concrete campground. The primitive area is as such, gravel, grass, sand terrain accessible by a one lane gravel drive that leads over the hill and around the cliff to the riverbank. This drive is absolutely passable however is left bumpy to keep traffic at a safe speed as pedestrians also walk the drive. It is passable by any vehicle as long as the vehicle is not overloaded beyond its ability and/or has an extremely low profile. Any area that is not an actual campsite is left to nature, not manicured, trimmed or sculpted. As you’ll find all the sites are clear please don’t expect micromanaging of wild growth of our native plants in areas around the sites as we reserve those areas for the wildlife to enjoy. Please consider all the above mentioned details, primitive campsites are not for everyone and that’s ok.

We have a beautiful abundance of wildlife and because we center around maintaining a healthy balance for our Farm and Forest; we keep our camp booked for less than 15 nights a month. This ensures our wildlife the freedom to still pass and not feel crowded out and for our Farm to rest in between social interactions. This makes for the best and most full experience you can have when you stay at the one and only 'Equilibirum Escape'. Besides the adventure that awaits you on our grounds, this is also a fantastic location to enjoy several amenities such as: 1) Smokey Mountains 1hr 2) Downtown Knoxville 35mins 3) Big Ridge State Park 25mins 4) Hickory Star Marina 15mins 5) Grocery stores within 10mins 6) Seven Springs Winery 7mins Regardless if you choose to stay put or venture off site, you have many options within a very reasonable distance to maximize your stay! The access to camp is off a main route, therefore we are an easy drive from the hustle and bustle. But once you are on the grounds, your site will take you deep into the tranquility of the earth. At night there's no telling what visitors (don't worry we mean the 4 legged kind) may pass through or the melody of creatures you may hear. Our Farm is located on site and private tours and experiences are available if you'd like to bolster your stay. The history of the Wedding Rock dates back at least to the 1800s when people would gather to trade goods and services and thrash their wheat on the rock. Social events were not common during that time and for this this rural place so love often happened quickly! The first recorded wedding was a young couple who fearded they would never see each other again - so happened a wedding. They were together until their death. Folklore has it that no marriage that takes place at The Wedding Rock will ever fail. My sister and her husband were married there 36 years ago. For your reference, our other listings are The Hammock House and The Harrican Lakehouse. The total property is over 200 acres and is surround by the Daniel Boone National Forrest and area wildlife management areas. The views are stunning. The Wedding Rock is a beautiful sacred place to say your vows. There is simply no other place like it.
