Bridgett was sooo kind! This place was absolutely beautiful and worth the drive out there! I'm so glad I booked this property, plus they were so accommodating for what I needed. One of the nights, the sky was absolutely stunning with stars and I woke up to a gorgeous sunrise! Highly recommend coming here! I also got to take a peek at the lake house, and that is gorgeous too! You can go wrong by booking here! I definitely plan to come back with friends!!🥰🥰

Such a quaint and lovely place. We were caught up in a rainstorm there, but the rain pattering on the tin rooftop sounded so nice. Got up early to watch the non-sunrise (too many clouds). From about 6:30 AM to 7:15 AM there was total silence until a Carolina wren started calling. Watched salamanders swimming in the turquoise colored water. Our 18 month old dog loved the freedom and took laps around the pond. It was a heartwarming time.

Very peaceful! Expect to disconnect! Limited cell service and no TV. Access to multiple trails within the Daniel Boone National Park nearby. We enjoyed an amazing sunrise and had the benefit of drinking our coffee on the wrap around porch. If you are looking for a place to eat, I highly recommend Habanero Mexican Grill in London. Large fire pit.

The lakehouse was a perfect quiet Christmas getaway for me and my two little dogs. It feels private but not secluded, and there’s all the basics you need with no fussiness, and it’s so cute. Bridgett was sooo kind and even brought over a plate of Christmas dinner. Even in winter, this spot is so pretty and serene. Super cozy. Would come back.

Patrick and Angelica were very sweet and welcoming, the place was clean and they had clean bathrooms and showers as well! I was parked along the creek and it was a peaceful and beautiful campsite! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Book it. You won’t regret it! We the river shack, and it was better than we imagined. There was space for a full sized mattress on the ground (could do a queen, too I’m sure), and there were two bunks inside that we used as shelving. Fire pit had a stove-table that you could place on the fire for cooking. The breakfast was awesome! Straight from their farm! Very kind people, very relaxed campsite. Loved it!

Even though there is complete peaceful seclusion it does get a little noisy when the bullfrogs start their evening ritual. There is a dock and pier perfect for fishing or swimming. Firepit, grill with gas provided, two boats, fishing poles, lots of seating on the wrap around porch, two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds and just lots of natural beauty and peace! The BIG update everyone has been waiting for; the plumbing and electricity are now complete! We have all the ammenities to make your stay comfoetable and relaxing! The pond is for viewing and wildlife watching only. if you see deer on the property they are off limits as well. No fishing or hunting allowed on the property. Waivers must be signed before all guest arrive.
