Our cherished 50 acre farm has been in our family for more than 150 years. Please stay within the fenced area as the remainder of our farm is used for farming and livestock. Adjoining landowners are immediate family as well. Learn more about this land: Ready for quiet weekend! Enjoy approximately 1.5 acres of our farm fenced with a permanent campsite for peace, privacy and tranquility. Our large entrance and circle drive makes entry and exit easy to the spacious campsite perched on a small hill. Equipped with water and electric hook ups, an in-ground fire pit and large grassy area for recreation. Located about 40 minutes from Dale Hollow Lake and Dam and 10 minutes from historic Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee. Little Trace Creek is just a quarter mile down the hill if your interested in wading the creek. Bring your motorcycle - cruise the countryside and enjoy the view. Multiple State Parks are just a short drive. A 40ft fully furnished RV is available for rent and set up onsite for an additional fee of $80.00 per night. 25% deposit required to reserve. Sleeps two to four (one queen bed in the Master, pull out couch in Living Room and sufficient room for a single or queen air mattress, which is available). Full kitchen; toilet; shower; washer/dryer; heat and air. Contact owner for details. Picnic table, Dish network portable satellite, and trash removal available upon request with RV rental.
