We bought this one acre property tucked in the corner of the woods a little more than 2 years ago from the family who built it and lived here for 69 years. It was all original since 1946! The dairy and the farmland around us has been family-owned for over 100 years! Our little acre has become a sweet little hidden secret to all who visit. Quiet and beautiful, yet close to all the quaintness Fort Wayne has to offer. The sunrises are amazing! For nature lovers, there are so many different birds that frequent our trees, even an occasional Bald Eagle! We have renovated the tiny shed into an occasional repurpose shop and now are opening it up for a comfortable glamping spot! We continue to work on renovating our home to eventually welcome more guests. We feel like God saved this sweet spot just for us, so we can't help but share it with others! We do have trails through the woods and corn feild, a pond with small fish, lots of friendly small animals including ducks, chickens, rabbits, cats, and dogs and all the wildlife and nature you could ever want! Great spot for kids and families as well! Lots of stuff for kids to do! Splash pad and huge playgroud only 3 miles away! Only 30 minute drive to kalamazoo or lake michigan:)

We had a wonderful stay at Keith’s Hipcamp site! The campsite was nestled in a peaceful little clearing that offered plenty of privacy, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into maintaining the space—the grass was freshly mowed and everything felt tidy and welcoming. The outhouse was clean and just a short walk away, which we really appreciated. There was a bit of activity on the property, but it was never intrusive. In fact, the few people we did encounter were incredibly kind and helpful. It really added to the overall sense of hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back later this year. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept spot to relax and unwind in nature

Dean and Nancy have created a truly magical little space! We travelled almost two hours to spend the night there, and go to the dairy, which is about 20 seconds away! The tiny shed exceeded our expectations in every way, as the vibe was amazingly cozy and warm. Christmas decor was so beautiful and we loved looking at all the little details around the space. She is an amazing baker, to boot! Fresh cookies, coffee, creamer, and waters awaited us. We will for sure be back!
