There’s not much to say the beauty of this space speaks for itself. I was incredibly impressed just how well put together the space was laid out and the view, unique. Needless to say it was worth every moment spent here and I would absolutely return. The host was super attentive and ready to help. Loved this site the most since I’ve joined Hipcamp a few years ago!

The land is absolutely beautiful right along the river, tons of space and a fire pit. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and gave us firewood throughout our entire stay! Only a 2 hour drive from the West Yellowstone entrance and not far from other must see attractions and things to do in the area. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location and scenery. A little far from the Tetons but we still drove I. 2 days. The tiny cabin was adorable lots of room, good bed and nice bath. The only issue was the lack of hot water.

Bryce and Nellie have a beautiful property! I used it as my base for exploring the Tetons and Yellowstone. It is a little distant from those parks but it’s far more peaceful than closer alternatives and offers a respite from the crowds in Jackson!

We stayed here two nights & could have stayed more! It was a beautiful setting in a large field surrounded by mountains. We set up our tent in the grass and it was a level space. There was only one other tent, so we had lots of privacy. There is a full kitchen and comfortable community room that we took full advantage of. Hosts were nice, check in was easy, and it was a great place for our pup to play. (If we went far enough afield, we were able to toss her ball off leash.) There is no shade, but we were out exploring all day, so that was no problem. Also, there is a quarry nearby, so during the day trucks drove down the gravel road. The night sky was stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at The Camp at Swan Valley! The full hookup RV site was easy to access and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful with wide-open views of the mountains and made a great home base for a day trip to Jackson and the Tetons. It was quiet and family-friendly during our stay, with just a few other campers around. The hosts were super welcoming—greeting us when we arrived and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The lodge area was a nice bonus with clean bathhouse facilities, plenty of seating, and a few kid-friendly activities. Our kids especially loved the small playset—it’s always a win when they’re entertained! We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, scenic spot with a personal touch.

We loved camping at Teton Corners! You're right near town, but you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. We spent a ton of time in the water finding crawdads and tiny fish and even saw a baby water snake! Thomas and his family brought us a fire pit very promptly and we got to enjoy their farm fresh eggs for breakfast! Such a wonderful time!!

5 nights at Camp Steelhead

Site is only about 30 minutes from the West Yellowstone entrance, which is fantastic. Electric and water hookups worked fine, and the portapotty was very clean. Host was kind enough to bring some dry firewood after we received some snow and rain over a couple of days, which was very considerate. Site was very quiet (We had it to ourselves) for the first 4 days, but once Friday hit, it became quite a bit noisier and busier. Granted, this was the Friday before Memorial Day. Several ATV’s and dirt bikes going up and down the road right next to the site. Once the weather began to warm up, there were some mosquitoes, so bring bug spray. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely consider the site again should we visit Yellowstone.

The place was easy to find and easy to get into. Lots of room. Tidy grounds. Tyler, the camp host, greeted us the very second we pulled in and directed us to the site. Next morning we had a flat tire on our tow car so he brought over a pump and also helped change it. I know he was missing his breakfast with his family but he insisted on helping. Said it was no big deal but it was a HUGE deal to us. We are grateful!!! He gave suggestions on the shop most likely to be able to repair it also. Got us on our way quicker. Thank you!

It was a great time! The written instructions were easy to understand and it was easy to find the location. They led us to the spot which was spacious, private and was next to a beautiful creek. They were very kind and welcoming to me and my girlfriend, who stayed there for a night. If you need a place to stay in the area, I 100% recommend this place!

The location was absolutely amazing – you could see a sky full of stars at night, which made the experience magical. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Know that by staying here, you are helping preserve this small piece of natural beauty in Idaho. It may not be the biggest preserve, but you have to start somewhere. Come stay a night! Learn more about this land: Come to our riverside getaway at Teton Corners. This 3 acre peninsula into the Teton River provides amazing trout fishing right from your tent door (licenses issued just 1 mile down the road). This gorgeous nature area is minutes from town, with easy access to HWY20 and HWY33. Deer, moose, bald eagles and osprey frequent the area year round, as well as beaver, waterfowl and night owls. RV dumps right down the road, as well as a 27 hole golf course, if that's your thing. Or just relax, dip your feet in the Teton River and listen to the water pass by. Angell Creek Campground is located in beautiful Island Park Idaho. It has been in our family for over 50 years. We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. We are in close proximity to highway 20 and easy access to services and dining. We have a very large parking area where you can park trailers and vehicles. We have about 3 acres and have 5 RV spots. We have a central sheltered picnic area and a big fire pit on each RV spot. Each pad is rented at $40 a night with provided 50 and 20 amp service with an adapter provided for 30 amp service. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from mid May until end of October. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. Although wanting to keep this campground in a primitive state, we will be adding a few updates in coming years. Pets allowed on a leash only.

New to the Lodge is Adirondack-style "The Bunkie" that sleeps 6 or 7 plus has a desk, microwave and fridge. All bed and bath linens are provided in all of our rooms. Firepits are a-plenty! Our Inn also has great tent sites, plus both 30 amp and 50 amp RV/Camper sites with water and electric, a firepit and picnic table each, plus a fee dump station. We are currently planning/building another shower/restroom house and a laundry mat. There is a fee dump station on site. With over ten acres of property to play at and stroll, your stay will be one of fun, peace and quiet. Our RV & Camp is fun! We have our famous Borrow Barn with loads of complementary activities including a 9 hole disc golf course with maps/disc/scorecards, free pedal boats, Little Free Library #69967, volleyball, tetherball, badminton, board games and more, plus our cruiser bicycles in our Bike Corral are for guests to enjoy on property also. Children must be watched always and very closely-- enjoy being with your children on the property. A beautiful Restroom and Shower House is fee free. We are located in the Heise-Kelly Canyon of southeast Idaho with fabulous sunrises and sunsets. We are very close to hiking, hot springs, rapelling, 200+ miles of ATV and SxS trails, golf, mini-golf, a driving range, skiing, ice cream parlor and two restaurants, and the mighty Snake River corridor right across the road. 90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes). Both routes are beautiful with waterfalls, gorgeous mountain views, and Idaho countryside. We are 20 minutes from Bear World in Rexburg, and less than two hours from Grand Teton Park and Yellowstone National Park regardless of which of the four routes that you take, with each route including a beautiful waterfall. 90 minutes to the east to Jackson/GTNP/then South Gate in YNP (2 routes-- the mountain pass or the easy Snake River route), and 90 minutes to the north to West Yellowstone/Yellowstone West Gate (2 steep mountain passes).
