We own a small farm on 64 total acres with around 59 wooded. We have 4 primitive camping sites with lots of woods, wildlife, and two small creeks. We are even located on a short dirt road to give you that country feel. All of our sites are spread out from one another and you will feel secluded in the woods with nature. On our farm are free range chickens, peacocks, goats and a donkey in a pasture, turkeys (wild and domesticated), honeybees (in the field), and a few outdoor cats. We enjoy our animals and nature. We want to share this experience with others so we have decided to rent a few camping spots that we have shared over the years with our children. Enjoy the peaceful nights and the sounds of nature and star lit skies. In the daytime check out our farm animals, walk the trails, or explore the woods. Guest are welcome to pet and feet the animals if they choose. We are conveniently located less than two miles from a Dollar General, three miles from several restaurants right of I75, 8 miles to nearest Walmart, under 20 minutes to High Falls State Park, under 25 minutes to Dauset Trails Nature Center, and under 30 minutes to Indian Springs State Park. All of this located close to our property while being only 3 miles from the I75 on ramp at exit 205.

I have 2 large fields that rarely get used so I thought it would be fun to let others use them. I don't have any hookups but 1 field has a well on it. I wouldn't drink from the well but it could be used for other things. Very safe quiet area. Its just a mini hobby farm but you're more than welcome to check out the chickens and my pig Peppa. If the chickens are laying good I will get you some fresh eggs.

When I moved onto Windy Lane as a child in third grade, our road was a country dirt road. I have a lot more neighbors now, but my little piece of heaven has remained country.  My husband, Randy and I enjoy the peace and quiet we get and the plus of being close to the Interstate for when we need to make trips to Atlanta.  My land is still surrounded by a fence, now rusted, that my Daddy put up when I was a child. The property is big enough for us to enjoy and small enough for us to maintain.  My wildlife camera has captured photos of deer, coyotes, foxes, opossums, raccoons and an occasional dog and cat from the neighborhood.  We hope you will stop by and visit with us. Safe travels and may the road rise to meet you and the wind be at your back!Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent in your favorite spot on our 5+ acre lot. Our niche is privacy and our cute little Nigerian Dwarf goats grazing nearby. Once you are on our property, you will quickly forget you are just a mile from Interstate 75. We are located off Exit 205 and are 40 miles south of Atlanta and 35 miles north of Macon. We are just 5 miles from High Falls State Park and Indian Springs State Park (where kayaking, boating, fishing, hiking, etc. are available). We are just 3 miles from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary and 6 miles from Dauset Trails Nature Center. Stone Mountain Park is also a short drive or bike ride from here, where there is hiking, paddling, golf, and amusement rides available. For a more local experience, the Pine Lake Beach is just a 1.5 miles away. It's a beautiful site for swimming and fishing. New to camping and not sure that you can cook an adequate meal over a fire? You can book a trail ride, or just a riding lesson, visit all the local sites a Tv / film buffs could want, go antiquing, shopping, visit the state park down the road, dining, multiple small town squares within 15 minutes and see some incredible antebellum homes. Meet the horses, minis, goats, sheep, pigs, and chickens. 4 Water, sewer, and electric hook ups. No rig too big! Also, ask about the tiny house and studio apartment available for stays. ** Full and 1/2 bathrooms in the barn available to campers. Hang out and simply enjoy the quiet or head out and shop, dine and enjoy picturesque Madison, Ga or Monroe, Ga. We do NOT offer long term sites. For the safety of our animals and guests, pets not permitted for tent campers. RV pets welcome on leash.
