Brooks Lake is a peaceful retreat to the outdoors where you can meditate or be as active as you wish. 56 acres of rolling hills, shaded bluffs, grassy plains, and a 50 acre spring fed lake with serious fishing for Bass, Bream, Crappie, or Catfish. For the more active individual you may rent canoes, or bring your own boats, paddle boards, small sail boats (troller motors, only).

We are located well off of the road in a quiet area. Most folks say they feel safe in our quiet oasis with plenty of room to move around and breathe. The pool feels nice on hot days and the dog park is plenty large enough for Fido to run and frolic.

This is a hidden gem! We have friends in Social Circle so it’s perfect for us. We loved everything about this place and for sure will return. It’s 30 amp service so make sure you have a converter if you have a 50 amp set up. The farm is great and we really appreciate the hospitality! Can’t wait to come back! Kathlene and John are super. Can’t say enough good things about their place!

Camp site 2 sits far enough away from the road next to a hill for some privacy. The disc golf courses are amazing and it was nice to be able to relax at the end of a long day. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Bathrooms are a decent walk but very nice and clean.

We loved camping here at Camp Joey. The amenities are great, the sites are clean and have everything we need. There are chickens, pigs, and a turkey on the property which is fun for the whole family. Plenty of room for the pups to run around, they loved it! Friendly and welcoming host, we’ll definitely be back!

An absolutely beautiful tent camping area! Tucked inside the trees with gentle creek/waterfall, gentle sounds. I was able to make a big fire 🔥 & again the vibe was magical. No light pollution, so, falling up into the night sky. Fairies 🧚♀️ definitely live here.
I did have to 4 wheel it across a field to reach it, but, I have a Subaru so no worries.
