We are a small 50 acre ranch in the panhandle of Florida. Most of our property is pasture. Our mile-long driveway is lined with Oak Trees. We also have a few acres of Mayhaw trees in a seasonal pond. We raise Miniature Tennessee Fainting Goats to sell as family pets. We pasture a half dozen sheep for wool, live with several Peafowl for beauty and entertainment, and a couple dozen Guinee Fowl for pest control and more entertainment. A hundred and twenty-five chickens supply us with plenty of eggs. A dozen ducks offer up a few eggs a day as well. You can pet the goats and Baboy, our Potbellied pig. Walking in the pastures offers a glimpse at the local variety of flowers, birds, and insect life. Stay away from the dozen bee hives we watch over. This is a very quiet and welcoming place. We do have three Great Pyrenees gradian dogs roaming the property at night. They are mostly quiet but can occasionally spend a bit of the night barking and chasing predictors. Coyotes, foxes, and raccoons are better just off the property. Hang out, relax, read, and feed the goats. Monticello has some great restaurants, antique shops, a well-equipped sporting goods store, and a hardware store. If you are a cyclist, there are hundreds of miles of clay roads through the North Florida and South Georgia countryside. There are very few cars and lots of views. We have some routes to share. The clear-water spring-fed Wacissa River is nearby. Bring your own canoe or kayak, or rent one from one of the businesses at the head of the river. The Aucilla River is also nearby. We absolutely love camping at Tony's place, we stayed an extra day as well! A must visit location! This was our second time at The Fruit Factory and we loved it even more than the first time. Very tranquil environment, our 4 German Shepherds loved running through the orchards and playing in the pond. We loved sitting by the fire at night. We went to Thomasville at Tony's invitation for First Friday's... a local outdoor event with live music, restaurants, food trucks and a great time! So much fun had this past week! Will definitely be back!

Happened to stumble upon this gem last minute while looking for a private location for our dogs on the last day of our trip back home. Was going to be a quick sleep and head out, in the morning before we left Tony offered that we could pick what was left of some of the fruit going out of season, we agreed and he ended up going above and beyond. Showed us his cars, took us around showing us the farms near the property, which I thought was SO COOL! Ended up being the highlight of our trip!

We absolutely LOVED our time at The Fruit Factory and can't wait to go back! Tony welcomed us with a text and said to let him know if we needed anything and if we'd like a tour since we wanted to pick blueberries. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area and we talked for a couple hours! It was like meeting a friend we hadn't seen in years! Our site was away from other areas of the property and truly felt private. We have 4 German Shepherds who loved the wide open spaces and the pond as well. So quiet and relaxing. Tony's antique cars were an added thrill, as he gave us a ride, so much fun! Blueberries were so flavorful, and didn't taste commercially grown. Our rig is a 42' 5th wheel that had ample room, hookups were easily accessible and the site was clean. Nearby towns within 20-25 minutes, but we loved staying on site!

We loved staying on Tony’s property!! He was the best host we’ve stayed with and super knowledgeable. He shared his family story and taught us about the fruit he has on the farm along with giving us a ride in his Model T!! Our youngest daughter loveddddd picking blueberries and feeding the fish!! Definitely will be back!

Had a wonderful time on Pamela’s farm! I was able to pitch my tent right near a horse pasture and had a lot of open space for camping. Pamela was very attentive and provided water, a restroom, as well as access to the barn to spend time with all of the animals. The donkeys especially were so sweet. It was a very unique and exciting experience that I will forever appreciate!

Our second visit to Golden Acres. The kids love roaming around with the animals, exploring, visiting with Bobbie in the Country Store. In the midst of an emergency at a neighboring campsite, Ken kept in touch and made sure we were all safe. There is no place better to spend a weekend.

Did get slightly lost when looking for the property but I am directionally challenged so that’s not a surprise haha I turned the bend and saw the tire lawn art and knew I was in the right place! Juan was nice enough to give me a spot that I could soak up some rays on my solar. Love all the art and unique decor everywhere! Took advantage of the restroom but the outdoor shower will have to wait until another time when it’s not below 50 in the morning. I was also greeted by the cats and pup on property so that was a treat! (Even tho my old dog was not a fan lol) Lina even gifted me a bottle of wine for the night. Loved the ambiance and hospitality. Would absolutely return to this property in the future 🙏🏼

Tent camped on the farm. Platform for the tent was a nice bonus. I rode my bike on the local roads straight from the campsite. Great mix of gravel and red clay in this area. Farm animals were abound and the two large dogs are friendly teddy bears. If I come back for more cycling I will be staying here again.

Super friendly, helpful, and accommodating hosts! We got in late and had to leave early so didn't get to enjoy everything their property had to offer. My kids loved visiting with their cats and puppy. I wish we would have had more time to connect because it is evident they are truly lovely people!
