Enjoy Back to Nature. We are sharing with you a part of our Homestead. Very unique by its location, it is a piece of the nature that is close to everything. It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life. We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).
Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.
We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

A lot of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming( ocean is10-15 minutes drive), natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground (5min walk). Daytona Beach and historic St.Augustine( 20-30 min drive). A little over an hour to Orlando, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral.

Welcome to Tyde Water Manor, As full time RV travelers for 5 years, we wanted to give back to the RV community. Passing through the area and need a place to stay or park? Going on a cruise and need a place to park your RV but not at the port parking? Park your RV and have it plugged in to stay cool and keep your fridge on so your food doesn’t go bad. We have one pedestal with 30 amp and water (No Sewer, Self contain your black and grey water) We have one back in site on gravel by a large Bird of Paradise. We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest.
If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road.
PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

The land is good and the backyard is somewhat secluded. You will be within earshot of other people, but it’s a pretty good setup. It’s probably an ideal place for a cluster of campers that know each other or don’t want full privacy. My problem with the owner began when I arrived. He did not know I was coming and blamed it on his wife. I will take him at his word. He asked about hookups and I informed him that my camper only uses 110 ac and I usually only a phone charger and coffeemaker (it was cold outside so no a/c). I also made an attempt to give him information about my setup. I plug the hookup to my car (ev) and then power the camper through the car. Sometimes the battery charges a little and tops off, but I recharge on the road at Buc-ee’s. Next thing I know he’s outside my camper at night with a flashlight waking me up and accusing me of using the power as a charging station. I was pulling little power and he didn’t hassle the huge rvs next to me running tons of stuff. I patiently explained my setup again and he apologized and said that it was his mistake. I would have left it at that and given grace for a bad day, but I never saw him again. Checkout was a pain because he would not respond and he hasn’t responded to any messages from me since. I’ve given up. I guess I just don’t like being accused and hassled when I’m paying to stay in a quiet spot and I need the sleep. I’m concerned I will get blasted on reviews and I truly tried to work this out

This was easy to get in and out. Easy set up without a hitch. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect place to stop in the space coast area. Just was communicative and helpful. Felt safe in a home and neighborhood environment.

This was a perfect place to park our camper while going on a cruise. Having electric available meant not having to empty the refrigerator (yea!). The spot is very secure, next to the host's house in a fenced in yard. It's on a level paved driveway, easy to back into. The host, Scott was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bikes and kayaks as well. It's easy to get to and not far from Port Canaveral. Also very affordable. We would definitely store our camper (27 ft class C) there again.

As we travel full time we have stayed at quite a few different hip camps. This is one of the best ones yet. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our site. There is so much room that even if anyone else was there you’d still have room to spare. It’s super quiet and close enough to everything we will definitely stay again if we are back in the area. My wife and I had a terrific few days at Roxie's camp. The hosts were welcoming and available, if needed... the sites were neat and well maintained... and the area was secluded, yet minutes away from stores, find, gas, and I-95... not that you would know it from the quiet and peaceful campsites.

I've stayed at nearly every Hipcamp in Orlando and Christy's is the prettiest. The trees are gorgeous as well as the view of horse Meadow behind.
If someone else books you might have to share and we did but we still felt like there's plenty of room, more than a RV park.
Electricity and water worked great. It's close enough to everything you need, yet far away enough to be private.
Plan to stay again!

I really loved staying on Scott’s property. Super quiet. Very peaceful. The family was also very sweet when we saw them. It was very nicely taken care of and accommodated all that we needed. Would definitely go back and stay there. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very nice place and very nice people.

Great stay, wonderful according host, and pretty area. Location to Orlando wasn't too bad, either. I enjoyed myself. I would just note that the "water" hook up is the hosts open offer to fill your water tanks, instead of a full time water hook up. They DID offer to combine hoses with me to run the hose all the way from the house and across the drive way to my parking spot, which I declined, so they were willing to help me achieve what I wanted. I decided, as where I wanted to park my trailer would be too far, though. Still, 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Was barely a setback, just worth noting in case living off of your tanks isn't possible for your rig.
