Enjoy your own private shaded deck under the house with an outdoor BBQ kitchen, bar, seating, lounging, and hammock. Plenty of extra parking for your car, boat, or golf cart. The property has a private boat/kayak dock set upon the mangroves in a peaceful shallow waterway behind the house which leads to the Gulf. A kayak and canoe are on property for use as well as bicycles. Many locals have said the fishing is excellent where the dock is located. This wrap around deck has incredible views of the gulf with heavenly sunsets and sunrises. Well behaved dogs and pets are more than welcome and their well behaved owners are also allowed to stay. A relaxing city park is 100 yards from the house for fishing and easy kayak launch. Beach island is an easy paddle distance away. Terrific restaurants, shopping (Super Walmart), and entertainment is less than a mile away. Four month minimum seasonal rental required. Yearly term monthly lease available at discounted rate.

The road coming into the pasture looked like a little Florida back road. Its easy to navigate and the gate is straight ahead of you so no turns. A beautiful spot to set up. 50 amp hook up only! So make sure you have a step down cord if you have 30 amp. Kristen is fantastic host, greeted with a warm welcome. The property is great with chickens coming by the camper in the morning, ducks on the pond, Beautiful view, big fire pit, this is a must. Thank you Kristen, we hope to stay with you guys again coming through the area.

We spent New Years here and it will now be a tradition for us. We had a blast! Such a beautiful and peaceful setting. I will definitely book another stay at this site in the future. I can’t say enough about how much we truly enjoyed out time here. Thanks to Kristen and her family for sharing such a wonderful little slice of heaven!

Amazing property! This type of old costal Florida is becoming difficult to experience specifically in the area of the site. Wonderfully wildlife viewing, birds of all types especially sea/costal birds. Kayaking and fishing are world class as good as it gets anywhere along the gulf. The host is super nice and easy going. We enjoyed spending time and talking with him. You will not see many sites like this.

We were honored to be Foster’s first guests. He was an interesting and charming host. The camping site is next to his house, which is on stilts and he allows guests to use the second floor, which has great views across the marshes. The property itself is very isolated and peaceful. There is a waterfront park to launch kayaks about a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time here. The property itself is a work in progress so there is some work to be done, but you don’t see it when you are looking out over the marshes. There is a Walmart and other shops a few mins away. We would recommend and will be back soon
