Large very well maintained site with very ample privacy. The best is the sunsets. This site is perfectly placed for the outstanding sunsets or watching the clouds roll in.I,personally am not an accomplished bird watcher but I was amazed at different species around. Location to either restaurants or beaches are not far. Full hookup always makes it nice also. We have stayed here before and both times communication with Ulises was top notch! Thank you! Will be back!

We loved camping here! The views were amazing and there was plenty of space for the kids to safely explore. We prefer our own space when camping and this was perfect! Close drive to town with cute restaurants, and shops. Easily bike-able to Salinas Park (public beach access), or a walk with a wagon. Ulises and Daylen were very helpful when I asked for some recommendations. We can’t wait to book with them again!

Location is amazing! Less than 100 yards to the private boardwalk which takes you straight to the beach! The site is set up perfectly with water and electric, and the screened in porch was a welcome respite from the noseeums at dusk! We will definitely be back!

Our visit was Feb 21-21, 2025. Everything was in tip top shape. The screened in porch had just had a makeover to the bottom half with lattice work added. Fresh pine straw had been spread. No litter, dog poo, or toys left behind. We had a fabulous time thanks to Abbie's details to the place.

We enjoyed the privacy of the site and, like others, the screened room was a favorite spot for us and our dog. The beach was wide and beautiful and a nice walk to get there. The site was just as described. If you are looking for a private beach getaway in your RV, this is a great stop!

This is an idyllic rv spot. The site is extremely close to a very private beach next to an undeveloped stretch of beachfront. The site is easy to back into and has a very nice screened porch and fire pit. It was very quiet when we were there in January. Highly recommend

The quiet landscape and dark night skies were the absolute best! Sunset Place is perfect for daily runs into Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, and Appilachicola. We would highly recommend this hipcamp and are looking into other dates to book and return. The owners are very responsive and communicate very well.

This spot is very private and has everything one needs to camp in a camper. The site is clean and well kept and very very quiet. You cannot hear any road noise at all. Nice owl calls/hoots when we were there. There are houses around the site (not super close) but the lot next to it is open, which makes it seem very private. Great for dogs and the screen enclosure is lovely to escape the few bugs we had in the evenings. Easy walk to the beach and nice walk along the road to the boardwalk on the bay.
